After Genesis, a friend invited me to a worship warehouse event. This is one of my favorite songs, and the reason is that I consider myself broken, and I share that with God regularly because He already knows, and hiding it doesn't change that fact. God cannot be fooled. There's next level vulnerability and connectedness reached with God when you're brutally honest in your interactions with Him. When she said I'm broken in front of a room full of people, she wasn't talking to us, she was talking to God, and yet there was no shame or judgment present last night.

This will help me make the most of my favorite season fall and my least favorite and the most emotionally brutal season for me winter as I go through some things.

I'll try and post more stories of this amazing experience but I just wanted to share this clip right now. Keep an eye out for my stories.

Also, a gym post later tonight because I'm going back to the gym!!!

All season long Jett has been trying to score a goal and all season long I've been telling him when he is playing striker to run with another kid on his team (who carries the ball well) so when his teammate is cutoff he can have someone to pass it to. The last game of the season it must have stuck because that situation arose and so did Jett. He has grown so much since last season. I wanted him to understand that if he focuses on his strength ( his speed) and not his weaknesses (controlling/carrying the ball) he can still contribute to his team and reach his goal. (Pun intended) In the last game of the season, my little guy scored his first goal. 🥰

Sorry, that's me being THAT parent who yells the whole time coaching their child. 🤣😂 by @kingofnewyorkmusical

FYI: when you visit a farm, bring farm appropriate clothing and maybe leave the city slicker in you at home. I had to protect the White-T!

I tried to play it cool in this pic but I was jumping for joy inside! Couldn't contain the fact that I just performed moments earlier as a solo artist!! Fun night preforming with lots of talented people.

I almost didn't show up!! (Read that part again)
