The mold has been broken! I love you kid, this hit me hard, there’s so much I wanna say! I’ve been in tears like a baby on and off since I heard this awful terrible news yesterday, it’s heartbreaking to see the unreal amount of tributes about you!You are the goat kid, the heavyweight champ of #coralsprings “Easy Core”! You did everything in this life that you said you wanted to do! It’s been incredible to watch your journey unfold over the years while cheering you on, watching you drag your name all over the world with this thing that we all love and connect with called “music” thank you for everything! I got my first tattoo because of you, my first time experiencing California was because of you, thank you for being my friend, thank you for giving me a shot at this music thing by letting my brothers and I share a stage with you! Thank you for your wisdom, thank you for all the amazing memories of NFG, thank you for the music, thank you for your healing, thank you for your energy, thank you for the escape, thank you for your PMA, thank you for your inspiration, thank you for showing an example of what a true warrior is, thank you for being a part of my life, thank you for all the years of respect since I met you in late 1993 or was it early 94 at Video Waves in Tamarac , and I most sincerely thank you for just being you’re real genuine self to me! My heart goes out to his dear mother Jackie, Brian, Blake his family and his brothers in #newfoundglory Jordan, Cyrus and Ian #fuckcancer #chadgilbert Chad Everett Gilbert (March 9, 1981 – September 20, 2026) by @nicodemousdby
