First Baguette Slap: 13.1 miles, 3 boroughs, endless pastries 🥐🏃‍♀️💗

What started as a silly little idea turned into the sweetest Saturday running around NYC with the best people, stopping at some of NY's best bakeries along the way!

Thank you to everyone who showed up, ran, ate, and made the first ever Baguette Slap so special 🥹

And a huge thank you to the bakeries that made it possible @hanisbakerynyc @radiobakerynyc @palomacoffeebakery @fromkora !! Oh and to @carlyhagerrr for the great cinematography!

Back home 🗽but Australia deserved one last appreciation post 🇦🇺 Feeling so bittersweet because it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and went by far too quickly.

So special seeing @_tiago_magalhaes and @nicoleodean after more than a year apart, and having the loveliest shakeout run, coffee, and catch-up with @dominicreganbeasley after 11 years.

The @sydney_marathon was one of my hardest, but also one of the most unforgettable. I have never had so many strangers shouting my name. It felt like the entire city was carrying me toward the most magnificent finish line.

Mom, having you there meant more than I can say. Seeing you throughout the race, especially when I was struggling, meant everything. You and Cole somehow saw me five times, and I will never take for granted that you and Diego traveled across the world for this milestone. Special shoutout to Cole for literally carrying me afterward 😂

So grateful for the friendly people, incredible food, beautiful views, surfing attempts, kayaking with dolphins and whales, and snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef.

Australia, you were unforgettable 🤍 by @nicole.rals

Finished in the top 10% of the race and probably the 90th percentile for most bathroom stops 😂

I thought about DNFing, but I didn’t travel 23 hours all the way to Australia just to leave without my medal!!

This race was a friendly reminder that running a marathon is HARD. Social media can make it look so easy, when in reality it's incredibly challenging.

My mom, Cole, @_tiago_magalhaes , and @nicoleodean made the experience so special, especially during the moments when I genuinely felt like I was dying.

Nevertheless, BEST FINISH LINE EVER 🇦🇺🏅

Sydney, you were tough, but still absolutely amazing 💙 🏃‍♀️3:24, just 1 min away from my London PB. by @nicole.rals
