Snowboarding demands a lot from the body. Strength training should match the demands of the sport.

No random workouts. No wasted exercises.

Every movement is designed to build the strength, power, stability, and explosiveness needed to perform on the mountain.

Train with purpose. Perform with confidence. 🏂💪

This isn’t about me — it’s about the people who show up, put in work, and prove to themselves they’re capable of more.

I’m here to coach proper form, push the pace, and remind you who you are when you forget.

If you’re ready to train with intention — I’ve got a spot for you. Let’s build something real. 💪

Shin splints often show up when the anterior tibialis isn’t strong enough to control impact during running and jumping. Strengthening this muscle helps absorb force, reduce stress, and improve ankle control.

KB anterior tib. raises are a great place to start. This builds strength through the front of the lower leg while improving balance and durability for running and training.

Skater squats build strength and stability from the ground up.
This unilateral exercise helps improve ankle stability, knee tracking, and hip control. Allowing your joints to be more resilient for running, lifting, and everyday movement. ✅✅

What you eat matters just as much as the training you put in.

I focused on meals that supported performance, recovery, and sustained energy so I can show up strong from the first workout to the last station.

Balanced carbs for endurance. Quality protein for muscle recovery. Hydration and electrolytes to stay sharp when fatigue kicked in.

Why did I choose HYROX Pro for my first solo race?

Because real growth happens outside your comfort zone.

This race was more than just competition — it gave me clarity. It showed me exactly where I stand, what I’m capable of, and where I still have work to do. Now I get to be even more intentional and strategic with my training moving into the next one.

And yes… we’re staying in Pro. 😅 by @niick.pt

HYROX Prep! Vegas 7 weeks out! 🏁🏁🏁

Took this “engine builder” straight from @hyroxworld and can say this is 100% a great start to make progress from!

First HYROX in the books.

I’ll be honest — I’m not happy with my performance. My preparation lacked the level of intention this race demands. That’s on me.

Still, I’m proud I stepped into something different, challenged myself, and gave myself the opportunity to learn and grow.

Thank you to my team @swoleafgym for keeping me sharp, elevating the intensity, and pushing me beyond my usual training environment. AND a huge shout out to my relay team WE made it happen.

I’ll take this race for what it is, reflect, and come back better.
