June 2026- I had the opportunity to accompany a team of bright Indian students taking part in the @architecturestudentcontest conducted by @transparence_saintgobain and @ethosempowers in India. Many learnings for the students and us as mentors and curators of this competition. We got a chance to see a bit of Belgrade while being an active part of this 3 day architecture event.

Roaming around the old town of Kotor, it reminded me a little bit of Venice and a little bit of Piran. Gorgeous UNESCO heritage city that can be covered over a weekend.

This was a special solo trip as it was the first after I became a mom! Mixed emotions, but grateful for my family support system :)

Not everything valuable is made in a factory. Few things are shaped by hands, traditions, and stories passed down through generations.

At the Almora Literature Festival, @manjukak in conversation with @nikitaverma27 explored how indigenous crafts carry the wisdom of sustainable living, community, and cultural heritage. The conversation was a reminder that every handmade piece has a story and that preserving these traditions means preserving a part of who we are.

Sometimes, looking to the future begins with valuing our roots.

Behind every event, competition, webinar, and milestone at Ethos Empowers is a passionate team of architects constantly juggling ideas, conversations, deadlines, and dreams — all to create experiences we’re truly proud of.

As a virtual office with team members working from different parts of the country, we don’t often get the luxury of meeting each other every day — which makes moments like these even more special. This year, we came together in Karnataka, spent time with our founder @gita_ethos , and escaped into the wild for 3 unforgettable days in Kabini filled with laughter, stories, conversations, and memories.

Here’s a glimpse of the people behind what we proudly call the Ethos Empowers Family ❤️

Cheers to an incredible year gone by, and to many more meaningful journeys ahead ✨ by @nikitaverma27

Almora Lit Fest 2025

-The studio helped with some layout planning for the festival.
-Other than that, I got a chance to host a conversation around Indigenous Crafts with Manju Kak- whose book on the Kumaon is a recommended read for anyone interested in the region.
- some 3D printed models of traditional houses at our stall
- Saree day with friends
- Ibu practicing to walk at the Malla Mahal during the Fest
- The beautiful Malla Mahal and bazaar street as backdrop of the Fest. We have a Venue like none other!
