Reflecting on Marketing Leadership at AMC Zambia 🇿🇲

The African Marketing Confederation Conference in Livingstone brought together marketing leaders to exchange ideas and explore the future of our profession.

Representing NIMN, our President and Chairman of Council, Dr. Bolajoko Bayo-Ajayi, delivered a keynote on “Marketing Leadership in the AI and Digital Economy: Governing Data, Trust and Competitive Advantage.”

Her message was clear: AI can accelerate marketing, but trust must remain its foundation.

Three leadership imperatives stood out: Transparency. Training. Trusteeship.

She also joined the Leadership Dialogue on “Youth Voices, Global Choices,” highlighting the need to engage young Africans as creators, culture shapers and partners in shaping marketing’s future.

At NIMN, we remain committed to advancing marketing professionalism in Nigeria and shaping the future of our profession across Africa.

Thank you to the African Marketing Confederation for an enriching conference and meaningful connections in Livingstone.
