IF YOU WERE A CHOIR KID WHO LOVED SINGING ERIC WHITACRE: you MUST come to Syracuse Summer Voices’ concert on Sunday. This is a high level choir singing high level choral works. Most of all, they are the most human choral works I’ve seen in a singular set list. Got teary-eyed just rehearsing last night, but I’ll try to keep it together for those high notes 💁‍♀️ #choir #choralmusic #syracusemusic #syracuseevents by @designedbydownes

Some clips of another song from rehearsal- not a great angle womp but pretend it’s a demonstration of jaw position in your midrange. 🎤😲✨
This one was the toughest for me! The challenge was bringing “mix voice” resonance up past where I could healthfully singing in full speaking/chest voice without giving Disney princess 🎤👸 🪄 what do you think? by @designedbydownes

When you’re playing with some pros and the first rehearsal is like perfect 🙏😌
