New coffee tables have been assembled. Happy with these as they are similar to the dining room table. by @ninatingle74
Moved some furniture around , and will use the smaller piece for another room. Then added a few faux flowers and a few decor finds. by @ninatingle74
Your Realtor missing Open Houses . Due to the inclement weather we shall stay home, where it is safe. 🫶 by @ninatingle74
Fireplace on , drinking my water ( after coffee of course ) had a couple of Mandarine 🍊 for the vitamin C; and doing some pre inclement weather precautions on my listings . Looks like we are supposed to get some more snow staring tonight or tomorrow, so I am blocking showing times until some salt has been added to avoid any issues . Also want to hang some curtains near the entry door and using Pinterest for ideas . Happy Friday everyone #homeoffice #realestateagent #cozy #homedecorlovers by @ninatingle74

Snow in NC. Just a few minutes as they won’t wear shoes. by @ninatingle74
Happy Sunday everyone . On my way to my Open House at 9564 Greyson Ridge Dr. I figured I should get a few photos and show everyone a sneak peak of lot 1. Still needs a touch up paint, a cleaning and one small inspection and after that I either hope it will sell during the first Open House , like my listing next to it , or I will have it in MLS for everyone to see and schedule appts with your Realtor . I have marketing floor plans available. Nina Tingle~ Realtor Alpha Omega Financial Group INC J and J Custom Homes 704-288-8866 #realtor #immobilien #openhouse #sneakpeak by @ninatingle74
Hi !!! I'm glad to have some new followers, and I appreciate the support from the insta community, especially those I've not met. A bit about me: I'm Nina, a Northern German born and raised in Niedersachsen Germany, with a dream of owning a cozy home in the Lüneburger Heide or further North. I'm a wife and mom of two grown daughters who live in South Carolina. My account will cover travel, family, Real Estate, but home decor is where my heart is. With my home currently under renovation due to plumbing issues, I'm looking forward to sharing my journey and progress with you. #brunette #realtor #greeneyes #immobilien #instapic by @ninatingle74
