Flow state: Synchronized. ๐ŸŒ€๐Ÿ”“ Dapo Coordination is a different beast. Itโ€™s easy to get lost in your own movement, but staying in sync requires a whole new level of awareness. Huge thanks to @izarwanderlust for the energy and the practice. The process includes: โ€ข Learn. โ€ข Unlearn. โ€ข Relearn. The journey is everything. ๐ŸŒŠ Grateful for the process, the misses, and finally, the sync. ๐Ÿ’ซ #flowarts #dapoflow #partnerflow #flowstate #modernmovement by @nirvanaflow_
The energy from @in_flow_fest is still buzzing in me when ever I see the videos. So Iโ€™ve decided to share the best moments I had while performing during the festival. I would like to Thank and extend my gratitude to @in_flow_fest for curating this wonderful gathering every year. This is the place to connect , share knowledge, explore different flow art and movement forms. Itโ€™s a great pleasure to be taking part of the gathering. Festivals or Gatherings like this are very helpful for any artist or performer or a practitioner to open up their possibilities in flow with the kind of exposure they have around. I would also like to extend my love and gratitude for each and every whoโ€™s been a part and supporting all the time ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸŒ€ #flowart #dapo #flowartscommunity #fire #festival by @nirvanaflow_
