As someone who’s always “on,” finding ways to regulate my nervous system matters.

The ONE Device has been one of those tools that helps me feel calmer, more balanced, and more centered throughout the day.

Sharing because it’s genuinely helped me.

@noahpantaleon . In all the languages, I Choose Love!!✨❤️‍🔥🩵🙏🏼 by @noahpantaleon

It’s official!
Starting in June, I’ll be stepping into my new role as Group Fitness Manager at Equinox West Palm Beach!

I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity — to lead, to serve, and to create space for transformation, empowerment, and community through movement.

To my Palm Beach crew: I’m back!

Get ready for powerful classes, next-level energy, and a home where you can show up fully as you are.

Instructors — if you’re ready to light up the room and bring your authentic fire to the mic, hit my DMs. Auditions are coming, and I’m building something special.

Let’s have fun. Let’s sweat. Let’s build a fitness family that’s unstoppable.
