An excellent handover with our Client Hardies Chartered Surveyors on behalf of Veterans Housing Scotland last week at these 3 blocks of properties in Peebles.

Our first phase of works included roof and chimney repairs following by the second phase of render repairs and decoration works to all blocks including rainwater good repairs and some structural repairs to the bay window mullions.

Great work by the team and our subcontract partners to deliver the projects to this standard ahead of schedule and without any snagging issues on handover day, quite an achievement given the projects location.

Proud to have helped sponsor the St John Ogilvie Primary School parent partnership Jubilee calendar this year and September is Noble Month 😎🧡 by @noble_property_solutions

We completed this external refurbishment project at Mosspark Shop Range earlier this year.

Works included slate roof repairs, replacement of the hip and ridge tiles with a dry system, render repairs, full replacement of the flat roof with an insulated Bauder warm roof system and full decoration to all areas.

Some before and after photos showing how good it looked at completion compared to v fore the works started.

A tricky project coordinating all trades around the commercial units remaining in operation throughout the works. Another great project delivered by the team.

Congratulations to West Park United’s 2012’s on winning the Central Scotland Football Associations League Cup today. Proud to sponsor the team and a great result for the lads, coaches and all the parents who give up their time for training and taxi duties. Well done guys 👏👏👏 by @noble_property_solutions

After what has been a hectic few weeks, we are finally starting to settle in to our new office after relocating to Duke Street in Paisley.

The offices are looking great and the yard and storage areas are in the process of getting finalised. We even managed to find some time to decorate 🧡🎄🎅.

Thanks to the team and to our loyal clients and customers, we couldn’t make it happen without you. This is a great milestone for the business with space to grow, bigger storage facilities and a great space to provide training and host meetings in. Exciting times ahead. 🧡 by @noble_property_solutions

Another commercial reinstatement project completed following water damage from a burst pipe. This time a podiatrist clinic. Works included electrical alterations, suspended ceilings, vinyl floor coverings, joinery finishes and decoration through. by @noble_property_solutions

We thought it was about time we gave an electric van a try, opting for a VW ID Buzz. Claimed range is 260 miles and with an 80% charge we are seeing just short of 200 miles at the moment in warmer weather, largely driven by driving stye and whether the heating is on draining the battery or not. It drives great and is a nice place to be in the cab but most of all its a great branding tool.

Thanks as always to @shorewraps @shore_vehicle_branding for the deisgn and installation. by @noble_property_solutions

A great handover this week at our 9 flat fire damaged refurbishment project in Kilmarnock.

This project’s included full roof replacement with a @sikalimited Sarnafil single ply roofing system, replacement of all the roof boarding, a section of fire damaged timbers and fascia.

Internally, the flat which was the seat of the fire was fully stripped back to the brick external walls and reinstated with new kitchen, bathroom and internal finishes to match the clients specifications. The remaining 8 flats and the common areas had plaster repairs, isolated repairs to bathrooms and kitchens and full decoration throughout including statutory testing.

The windows were left boarded on completion of the works until the properties are to be tenanted and the glazing units reinstated.

Like all projects this one had its challenges but Conor and the team stepped up as always and delivered an excellent product. 👏👏 thanks again to all our team, our subcontract partners and suppliers who help make these projects happen 🧡

Something a bit different with a walk round and explanation of the works completed at this fire damage reinstatement project we in Ochiltree, East Ayrshire, we are trying to showcase the great work that our team produce and to better explain the hard work that goes on in the background when specialising in projects such as fire damage repairs.

Our experience specialising in this type of work really comes in to its own on projects such as this one where an understanding of what is needed to fully remove smoke smells and remove all soot contamination goes beyond a standard renovation project. Utilising laser cleaning, soda blasting and thermal fogging solutions to bring this property back to pre-loss condition.

Great to see the scaffold removed from this project as we continue to make great progress on site. Roof works complete and high level render and window replacements well underway. Internal works progressing well with decorators now on site working their way through the flats.
