The setlist is locked in… And there’s more redactions on it than a UFO file from the Cold War…. Just one thing, I’m not sure we will have time for Winelight! What tune do I let go of to make room? I cannot…! This is always the hardest part, the one that gets away.. But who knows! I always make a crazy detailed plan so I can throw it out day of 😹🎶 Come see what happens! Nov 4 (Wednesday) at @monksjazz ! Seats are limited, grab your tix now! Link in bio. by @nobleplusband
ATX! This time we are… NOT going 3 hours out of town to play a wedding (although that is amazing fun), I’m not jamming acoustic covers atop a high rise for a viewing or symposium or backyard hangout (but those are cool!) We are playing our original jazz vibes right here in the city to commune with you and the spirit of music ❤️ any night we get to do that is special! @monksjazz . Nov 4 (wed). Seats are limited, grab your tix now! Link in bio. Don’t sleep on it! Arrangement of my foolish heart by @mattz_music 🎹 by @nobleplusband
Rehearsal mode activate! Nov 4 is getting closer! Ok… I admit this footage is from a year ago 😹 our next rehearsal is next week lol! But still! Here’s a clip of “winelight” from Grover Washington jr. I’ve messed around with a bass line on it for a while now, planning to add some vox harms! 😋 Come hear this it unfolds at @monksjazz ! Seats are limited, grab your tix now! Austinites! We will be at @monksjazz on Nov 4 (Wednesday) and we want you there with us! To my mind monks is one of the Big 3 jazz rooms in our weird town, if you’ve never been- this is your sign! If you’re in or around St Elmo- you live next to a treasure! Seats are limited, grab your tix now! Link in bio. If you’re a proud fellow Austin-Texian, this one is for you! @heyyallitspatsy I know you busy girl but it’s gonna be fun! by @nobleplusband
There’s so much charm and soul at @monksjazz . The gentle brick red visual flavour, the space managing to be all at once cozy and elegeant . I’ve attended so many of my friend’s shows here and loved it every single time! Not to mention the groups I just happened to catch. And as a father of young child and worker of strange hours- the ability to watch the livestream when I can’t make it in person (still supports the band!) is amazing! This is a place built by and for folks who love the spirit of music ❤️ Shout out @drewsimpsonmusic - my first time singing at monks was with his amazing band ❤️ Now it will be my first time at monks as bandleader! Nov 4 (wed)! Seats are limited- grab your tix now! Link in bio. by @nobleplusband
Soul tones like @bobbycaldwelllegacy , whimsy like @jamiecullum , depth like @kurtelling ….! If you’re into these guys, you will get @nobleplusband ! We are live at @monksjazz , ATX on Nov 4 (wed)! Come hear it for yourself! Seats are limited, grab your tix now! Link in bio. by @nobleplusband
