Guava Cheesecake 🌴✨

Love guava jam, so I decided to try it in cheesecake! The crust has graham crackers, toasted coconut, and browned butter for an extra tropical touch🥥

I mixed the jam into the cheesecake and topped it with more. Yum! 😍

Would you try this?

Curry chicken! Not chicken curry! 🌶️🍲

Two completely different dishes, trust me😅

Not the first time I’m posting this dish. It’s a staple in my house cause it a Caribbean-style comfort food that brings us back home🌴

Made with simple ingredients but the flavors😮‍💨
The sweetness of the plantains, the spices of the chicken and the tangy pickeld onions and cucumbers…😍 Sorry got a bit carried away, it’s just soo good😅 by @noemis.cravings

Loaded baked potato soup🥔

This soup bring me back to my childhood. Whenever we had something to celebrate, my parents took us to Tony Romas and this was my go to order along with their popular baby back ribs. Need to add those ribs to the ‘to cook’ list🤤🤤 by @noemis.cravings

Puerto Rico🇵🇷

Been on Puerto Rican TikTok lately so I had to recreate some of the popular dishes😅

Started of with the sofrito, an aromatic blend of vegetables with oil, vinegar, lime juice and some cilantro. I used the sofrito as the main seasoning for the Arroz con Gandules🍚🫘 and Pollo al Horno🍗🤤
