Thank you to our fair city of Bristol and cities all over the country for showing up last night to oppose the far right. Our hearts go out to all those who have been on the receiving end of hatred and abuse in the UK this week.

There is so much repair and rebuild of trust to do and this country needs to get its shit together fast. Meanwhile, bombing continues in Gaza; people suffer there unimaginably while leaders peddle misinformation and cheer on the actions of the Israeli state.

There is a schism in this world between those that ‘other’ and those that wish to work towards a united country, a united world. Misinformation and fear-mongering are the currency with which hatred of other humans is peddled.

Say NO to hate
Say NO to war

Well this is a nice little review of our album launch by the legend that is Tony Benjamin. Since the launch, our very own James Ladd became a father ♥️ and we've had a little break, but we are looking forward to an exciting 2023, filled with new music, new little people and good times!
We hope you all have a beautiful Christmas time, and joyful new year celebration.
Here's to a positive, healthy, creative and prosperous 2023! 🙌🏽🙌🏽♥️♥️ by @nogostop
