We are BACK! Next month brings our re-vamped 6-week Women's Boxing Program. This time, we're focusing on developing techniques for both beginner and intermediate boxers. Started by women. Led by women. For women. As we love to say, "the punching-each-other-in-the-face to best-friend pipeline is very real here" (no getting punched in the face required).

Spots are limited, so sign up today at the link in our bio!

4 years out of the ring. Came back, took on a tough opponent, and made headlines. 🥊
“Light work” they said 💪🏻 (swipe to see how ‘easy’ it actually was 🧊).
