We did it! Graduated from @yogaunionbali 300 YTT. No one can ever take this experience from us. This personal growth. Most importantly the friendships we forged throughout the past month of hard work and dedication towards becoming better versions of ourselves, not just as yoga instructors, but as lifelong students of this wonderful practice of yoga. Thank you to all of our teachers @himanshu.yoga @gourav_yoga @the_reading_yogi @lucindarose_yoga @melicesar_ @sharath.capoeira.yoga and of course our favorite Ashtanga yogi ♥️ Shout out to our favorite Bali yoga wear @ys_yogashanty keeping us cute and motivated to wake up at 5 am with new outfits to wear! Oh it hurts to leave everyone, but my heart is grateful 🥰 by @nomadikyoga

Happy August friends! We will be at the Pearl every Thursday evening the share with you Yoga Under the Stars from 7-8 pm and live music by @jrsum1 + every Sunday for Find Your Flow @pullmanmarket from 10-11 am 🧘🏽‍♀️ In 2017, we chose a quiet little evening spot to host a yoga class. It was on the lawn of The Pearl. Shout out to our amazing friends and partners who make Thursday nights a whole experience! 4$ smoothies by @drinkbuje 4$ beers from @southerleigh_fine_food outside bar and our favorite pizza @wonderslicepizza 😍 After yoga, join @satxacro for some fun on the lawn! The joy of practice and the people that support you and teach you through it. I’ve been working on Pincha for a good decade now and FINALLY got some good air time! Thanks for capturing the moment @lupps4yoga 😍 and the hot tip to imagine a ⭕️ and set my gaze at the center of it. Yoga is a lineage practice. I love that my practice is tied to so many teachers along the way that have shaped not just my practice, but how I teach. This Saturday 6/20 from 7-9 pm, we honor that lineage @hemisfair for International Day of Yoga. The theme is Yoga for all ages and it is exemplified through the generations of teachers co-teaching the class, the lineage of yogis that made this event possible for us to share the practice of yoga, and the celebration of all yoga teachers who have chosen to make it their mission to pass on the lineage. 🧘🏻‍♀️ If you are a yoga instructor, please join us as we would like to honor you on stage, after class 💐 To register for class, click the Link in bio @nomadikyoga ♥️ For more info, check out and follow our organizers @idoyogasa @yogadayus @freecommunityyoga 🧚🏼 Also, Yoga Under the Stars - Pride Flow! Tonight at Pearl! Hosted in partnership with @houseofrhythom 🎶 Taught by @bethballegra 🌈 Sounds by @landoesteban 🪩 7-8 pm by @nomadikyoga
