Say hey to Naomi! One of our incredible pilates teachers and lead of semi-private classes.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy, or have specific goals, and feeling like group classes aren’t for you anymore - these private sessions are perfect.

You work individually on your own programme which will progress and adapt each season depending on your needs and goals.

We’d love to have a chat if you’re keen to give semi-privates a go. Send us a dm or message: hello@limberco.com.au 💚 by @nomesmcfad

Meet the humans behind Limber 🌻 Naomi
Pilates Teacher and semi-private lead

Naomi teaches across our group classes, but a big part of her world at Limber is our semi-private Pilates working closely with clients in smaller sessions and one-on-ones.

WHAT would we find you doing outside of work life?

Running my two very active boys around, collaborating with my husband on photography, or still working as a makeup artist. When I get a moment, with my people.

WHAT does movement mean to you?

A non-negotiable. While fitness plays a role, it goes so much deeper than that. To move is to feel well , physically and mentally. It’s what led me to teaching in the first place.

WHAT do you want people to feel when they leave your class?

Strong, accomplished and connected. Like they truly worked. BUT calm enough, and inspired enough to want to come back. by @nomesmcfad

Don’t let Naomi’s calm energy and sweet smile fool you… she’ll be serving up a full-body 🌶️

Naomi is all about thoughtful movement, considered sequencing and those seriously good cues that somehow get you exactly where you need to be.
