TRAINER SPOTLIGHT: NOOR AL-MOAIBER

A lifelong athlete with a love for sports, dancing, and all things movement!

With nearly 7 years of consistent strength training, fitness has become a huge part of her life. Outside of FS8, she’s also a hairstylist, so whether she’s behind the chair or leading a class, she loves helping people feel confident and bringing positivity into their day!

Her coaching style is motivating and encouraging. She doesn’t just want to tell you that you can do something—she wants to help you truly believe it! Expect to be challenged, supported, and pushed to reach your fullest potential.

Her goal? For you to leave class feeling accomplished, empowered, and proud of yourself. Even on your hardest days, she hopes you walk out feeling happier, stronger, and more confident than when you walked in.

What she loves most about FS8 is the kindness, positive energy, and supportive community that everyone brings through our doors. She loves watching clients push past their limits and discover just how capable they really are!

Fun fact: She LOVES to sing and dance! She’s been told she’s a great singer, but she’s still working on believing it herself lol!🎤💃

brides weekend >>>💍🤍 by @noor.almoaiber

This past year has challenged me, pushed me, and reminded me that sometimes the biggest growth comes from having the courage to start over.

When I made the decision to move salons, I knew I was choosing to rebuild my clientele and start from scratch. It was a leap of faith, but this time I got to do it with the best support system around me, and it was one of the best decisions i’ve ever made.

Last November, I was a Level 1. Today, I’m so excited to say I’ve reached Level 3. That growth means so much to me—not because of the title, but because of everything it represents.

To every one of my clients—thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and sending your friends and family my way. I never take it for granted that you choose to sit in my chair. You’ve played such a huge part in helping me get here.

To my bosses and coworkers who have become like family, thank you for believing in me, pushing me to grow, and making work a place I genuinely love being.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that it’s never too late to pivot, start over, or bet on yourself. Sometimes the scariest decisions end up being the best ones.
