Pigleighanna is ✨F I V E ✨

What a year we had. Year 4 was spent traveling and trying as many new things as possible. My most biddable gorl will do her best, always. Thank you, Jesus for everyday I have with her.

I would like to start by saying, taking my dog to nationals in Colorado, was the equivalent of taking your kid to Disney world. Stepping on the field with her is a blessing each time. Saturday was not our best day but I can certainly say Ember had no idea we loaded up and drove 24hrs straight to trial. Sissy was surprised and so excited. We passed obedience by the skin of our teeth, but she got to bite! When it came time for our protection routine, I got confused and did not consider an NQ before us in OB would result in us going 4th, instead of 5th. This was 100% on me, but hey, this was a learning experience. When I tell yall I RAN to get my dog, I sprinted to the car, put the leash on and ran back to the field. I was winded and frazzled but my girl was ready to party. She went out there HOT and in an attempt to get her to go through BOTH blinds, I touched her. I know the rules, I was just reacting to how my dog was acting. I knew in my heart I disqualified us the second I did it. We finished our routine but the score board confirmed what I knew. I’m extremely proud of my dog for acting like a wild animal out there. I’m extremely thankful for the opportunity to be at the national level of WDA. Maybe we will have another chance at a national title someday, maybe not. Either way, I can say I have no regrets.

📸 @bleubitesbadguys killing the photos as always.

Protection photo dump. This is where Ember really shines! With a score of 97, High in Protection! Again, I’m so so proud of my big pig. My goodest girl. 🥹

This is certainly not our most impressive OB video but the conversation between @hairbygracie_p and I, made me laugh. When I was a lil girl my favorite movie was Black Beauty and I wanted to have horses so bad someday. Now I’m grown and i realize, I don’t have horse money, but I still got my black beauty(she just barks really loud, weird).

You want a piece of pig?

Ignoring some light distraction ✅

I think that when we get to heaven, we will get to ‘fight the bad man’ together, everyday, Pig.

I hope everyone has someone who looks at them, the way Ember looks at me.

P3 (x2) Pigleighanna protection photos.

Caitie is an incredible photographer, she always does an excellent job. But I would like to brag on how she is constantly improving. These are some of the best photos she has ever taken of my girl.

@bleubitesbadguys , thank you for always showing up and taking pics, at every dog girl event we attend!

Thank you to @wrightisaac44 for building and putting up with my douchey gorl
