Please welcome one of our newest coaches @ethanh_64 🚨 Ethan is joining us fresh off finishing his collegiate baseball career pitching at @monarch.baseball ‼️ Ethan also played for @nwfutures - It is great to have him back in the program 💚

Coach Bio:

Ethan Hubbell is a Camas, Washington, native who earned First-Team All-League honors during his junior and senior seasons at Camas High School. He began his college career at Everett Community College, compiling a 12–2 record with a 2.08 ERA while earning First-Team All-NWAC and First-Team All-North Region honors. He later transferred to Old Dominion University and competed at the Division I level in the Sun Belt Conference. Ethan loves helping athletes understand the “why” behind their development. For him, the most rewarding part of coaching is watching pitchers build confidence, take ownership of their training, and see their work translate to the mound.

From small-town baseball to the highest levels of the game… James Nygren is a pitching coach we value at NWF, and we know you will too!

Raised in Klamath Falls, OR.
2x state champion.
4 years at Oregon State.
Drafted by the Miami Marlins.
5 years in professional baseball, reaching AAA.

What matters most to us here at NWF isn’t just the resume, it’s what that experience gives back to the next generation. Having lived the grind at every level, he understands what it actually takes to move up… and what separates those who make it from those who don’t.

This is development built on real experience, not shortcuts… and here at NWF we’re lucky enough to call him one of our own!

Elite hitters are constantly working on their craft and consistent training/hitting is the only secret sauce.
Proud of these guys for their dedication to this game and themselves these past few months 🔥

Our hitters train mobility, vision, swing mechanics, and approach at the plate - multiple times a week. Being a hitter is more than just a swing and that is something that all great players are able to learn ✅

Hitters Hit 💪
