POSTS STORIES REELS
Cafe Nest | Outdoor Reveal Taking the story outdoors. A softer rhythm, open skies, curved pathways, layered greens and warm evening lights. The outdoor spaces of Cafe Nest bring nature a little closer, creating a setting to pause, gather and simply unwind. Where the city slows down, and nature takes over. Cafe Nest | Indoor Reveal A little nature, woven into the rhythm of the city. Introducing the indoor spaces of CAFE NEST— where organic forms, playful curves, earthy textures and light come together to create a space that feels alive. Nature isn’t just the inspiration here. It’s the language. Every idea has many hands behind it. For the first time, our kaarigars speak to the camera. This is not just about their individual stories but also about all of them together, with their different journeys and experiences, coming together in one place to make things with our hands. What is often seen simply as labour holds generations of knowledge, patience and craftsmanship. These are skills shaped over time, passed from one generation to the next, and kept alive through the act of making. Perhaps the way forward is to bring this knowledge closer to the way we think, design and create; learning from one another to imagine better, make better and bring our ideas to life with greater understanding. They are the hands that shape our ideas, solve the little puzzles, perfect every detail and bring drawings to life. A practice is never built alone. The first episode is about how our relationship with our kaarigars and workshop team has grown over years of working, learning and creating alongside them. A relationship of interdependence, where knowledge moves both ways, and where we grow because of each other. Different hands, different minds, one shared purpose. To create, together. A lot of you have been asking how we created the cinematic film for @design.ni.dukaan So, here’s a little BTS of the magic behind the camera ,how we shoot, create, experiment, and bring our vision to life. A glimpse into the process, the passion, and the people behind every frame.A big thank you to @ar.veeram & @dollythakkar7 for trusting us with your vision. #This is just the beginning. More stories, more creativity, and more exciting projects to come! Long way to go. For the first time, we have opened up our workshop a little more. Not just the work that happens here, but the people, the hands and the conversations behind it. In this two-part series, we talk about what it means to be a workshop-based community practice; working alongside our kaarigars, learning from each other, and slowly building something that feels like a family. Presenting a teaser to our workshop, the people who make it happen - their journeys, their craft, and what it really means to make something by hand. Because handmade takes time. It has imperfections. And that is exactly what makes it worth making. Documentation by @notebookproductions by @notebookproductions
Recent interiors, endless frames. ✨ Shooting for @dotline_designstudio was honestly so much fun. Indian-modern design, thoughtful details, beautiful textures, and a whole lot of creativity in one space. Always love working with people who turn spaces into stories. Here’s to creating, experimenting, and making design look as good as it feels. 🎥📸 Check out Behind the scenes by @notebookproductions
