🌙 THE MOON 🌙

When the sun sets, the world doesn’t lose its light—it simply begins to see differently.

Unlike the sun, the moon doesn’t command attention. It whispers. It reflects. It invites us into mystery rather than certainty.

For centuries, the moon has inspired myths, religions, poetry, science, and dreams. It has been seen as the keeper of secrets, the ruler of tides and emotions, a symbol of the divine feminine, intuition, transformation, and everything that exists just beyond what we can explain. ✨

As night deepens into Midnight, the moon becomes a symbol of folklore, rituals, magic, and the unconscious—the place where imagination is louder than logic and where stories are born. 🌌

“We do not perceive the world we see; we see the world we perceive.”

Maybe that’s the moon’s greatest lesson.

It doesn’t shine by creating its own light—it reveals beauty by reflecting it. And sometimes, the quietest light is the one that helps us see the deepest parts of ourselves. 🌙

☀️ THE SUN ☀️

We tend to think of the sun as something ordinary because it never fails us. It rises every morning, warming the earth, marking time, and quietly shaping every rhythm of our lives. But throughout history, it has been so much more than a star.

It was worshipped as a god, feared for its power, celebrated as a symbol of life, authority, transformation, and hope. It guided ancient civilizations, inspired myths, determined the seasons, and became one of the most enduring subjects in art.

This exhibition follows the journey of the sun through the day—from Dawn, where humanity first looked to the sky in wonder, to Sun Rising, the promise of new beginnings. It reaches Zenith, reminding us that even light has two sides: warmth and renewal, but also intensity and vulnerability. Finally, it arrives at Setting Sun, where endings become transformations, making space for reflection, change, and the unknown.

One of my favorite pieces was Helios, a breathtaking 6-meter installation that lets you experience the sun’s extraordinary surface up close. Built using over 400,000 real photographs and NASA solar imagery, it reveals something we should never look at directly—but have always been fascinated by. 🌞✨

Maybe that’s why artists have never stopped painting the sun. It isn’t just light in the sky—it is a mirror for the human experience. Every sunrise is possibility. Every sunset is a reminder that endings are never truly the end.
