It’s no secret that the digital fitness landscape is changing rapidly. There are more coaches than ever, the market has matured, technology is evolving fast enough to make your head spin, and, to top it off, the content algorithms are nothing like they used to be.

We’ve reached a point in the industry where it isn’t just enough to be a good coach or even a good content creator. Right now, it’s not just about what you know or even how well you can coach clients: it’s about the tools you’re using and the team you’re leaning on to optimize your time and performance as it pertains to keeping your clients focused, on track, and ultimately happy with their coaching experience.

This is the exact reason we created NOWFit. We know how important it is for you to have a state of the art coaching platform, client app, marketing strategy, and a team in your corner keeping you ahead of the game.

We didn’t build NOWFit for us: We built it for you. We built it for your clients. And we cannot wait to show you and the entire industry what’s coming next. Are you in for the ride? If so, link in bio to learn more ⚡️ by @nowfit.ai

You wanted to coach people. Somehow half the job turned into typing or juggling multiple nutrition apps.

Thousands of recipes sitting there on day one. Nothing for you to make first.

And if the one you want isn’t in there, say it. LIFT AI has your back. Then go change whatever it got wrong.

Hit assign and it’s theirs. The targets go with it.

Their side of it. Breakfast already logged and now you can see everything at the moment they eat it.

It knows she can’t do eggs. She told it once in her onboarding form months ago. You never have to think twice when you press the “generate” button.

Comment PLANS and we’ll walk you through how to up your nutrition coaching game with NOWFit. 🌮🌯🥪🥗 by @nowfit.ai

Meet LIFT AI, now in NOWFit. 🔮

Got a program to build? Describe what you need and start with an editable draft. Already have one in a document, spreadsheet, or screenshot? Upload it and bring it into the workout builder.

You can also use LIFT AI to review client progress, catch up on check-ins, and see who might need a follow-up. You make the coaching decisions. LIFT AI helps with the work that goes into them. It’s part of our V3 rollout, alongside a rebuilt client page, conversations that stay open as you move between screens, and clearer progress tracking.

LIFT AI is available now in beta for head coaches, with AI features included at no extra cost during the beta. Assistant-coach access is coming later. Already on NOWFit? Give it a try and tell us what you think.

The NOWFit Coach App is live. 📱

Have a few minutes between sessions? Check today’s tasks, reply to a client, or catch up with your community without opening your laptop. This first release brings three parts of NOWFit to your phone:

• Home: see what needs your attention and how your month is going.
• Messages: keep your client conversations together and see who’s waiting for a reply.
• Community: share updates, post photos and videos, and celebrate your clients’ progress.

We’ll keep adding more, and we want your feedback along the way.

“I help people get fit” leaves a lot for a potential client to figure out.

Do you work with beginners? Parents getting back into training? People who keep dropping their routine when work gets busy? Get specific enough that someone can recognize themselves in what you say.

Start with the clients you do your best work with. Look at what they wanted help with, what they’d already tried, and what finally helped them move forward. Those conversations give you something useful to build your content around. You can still coach other people. You’re simply making it easier for the right ones to see why they should work with you.

Our NOWFit marketing experts help coaches define who they’re best placed to help and put that into words that sound like them.

If someone isn’t ready to hire you, give them a useful place to start.

In this reel, @thechrislaw shares the first offer he’d build as an online coach: a free resource that helps someone solve a specific problem. Think a workout plan for someone’s first week in the gym, a guide to putting together simple meals, or a habit tracker they’ll actually use.

Make it useful enough that they can take action today. Share it through your content and make it easy to get.

Some people will use it and never become clients. Others will get their first taste of how you coach. Either way, you’ve helped someone and given them a reason to trust your advice.

What’s one question your audience keeps asking that you could turn into a free resource? by @nowfit.ai

Your first look at NOWFit V3 is here. 🔥 🆙

We’re starting with a rebuilt client list that makes it easier to see who needs your attention and take action—all from one row.

Also live: emoji reactions for coaches and clients in chat, plus Spanish and Italian for clients, including every recipe and exercise. ❤️💪🔥🙌👏⭐️🇲🇽🇮🇹

We roll out dozens of new features every week. That’s part of the NOWFit experience: your platform keeps improving as you build your business.

Stay tuned as we roll out the rest of V3. There’s plenty more coming. by @nowfit.ai

At 12, @iamanthonyaddeo found an escape from bullying in fitness. By 18, he was running a gym and helping other people find their own reason to walk through the door.

What sticks with us is how he describes those mornings: waking up at 5:30 without an alarm, excited to get to work. He knew what fitness had given him, and he wanted other people to experience it for themselves.

Today, Anthony is our CMO and a partner at NOWFit. That same purpose is part of what he brings to this team: helping people connect with something that can change their lives.

Who made you feel like you belonged in fitness? by @nowfit.ai

The client’s program is in a spreadsheet. The videos are in a text thread. The workout log is nowhere 😓

You designed a great program, It’s# just not centralized. That’s not a you problem, it’s a tools problem 🛠️

Inside NOWFit you build the program one time and it lives in your library as a template Assign it to the next client in a tap. They open it in your app 📱 with a video on every exercise and your coaching note at the top, and they log every set as they go. When they hit a PR, the app calls it before they do 🧠

On your side, you see every session: the sets they completed and the ones they skipped. 💻 Build the program once. Repurpose it indefinitely.

Apply for your custom app today. Link in bio.

NEW FEATURE ALERT: NOWFit Introduces Challenges! Expand your 1:1 offering to include a low ticket, high volume offer. ⚡️

Not a group chat. Its own program, its own food, its own feed, its own rules.

People post their own PR’s and their own bad weeks. You stop chasing them yourself.

Same room, different bodies. Everyone sets their own macros and meal plan in less than 30 seconds.

Everything goes in on day one. Lessons come out weekly, check-ins come around asking for progress photos on their own.

We build it with you. The concept, the landing page, the promo week, the templates. Comment or DM us CHALLENGE to find out how you can host your own. 🏆 by @nowfit.ai
