Running day 🏃‍♀️✨ We loved seeing the community show up for the Hyundai Half Marathon and EDP 8K on Sunday, part of an incredible Lisbon Marathon weekend @edpmaratonalisboa 🤍 The cheers, the determination and the strangers rooting for each other reminded us how powerful it is to come together through movement. Move & Reset and Now Society were there soaking up the energy, with 🎤 @alcioneweizmann catching the stories, laughs and feelings that made the day. We’re bringing that same energy and more on November 21st with @moveandreset.eu and @nordictigon. A day of movement, mindfulness and recovery with space to reconnect with yourself and meet the community around you. Show up for the movement, stay for the reset. ✨ #MoveAndReset #NowSociety #LisbonMarathon #LisbonCommunity #SocialWellness by @nowsociety.pt
THE SLOW DOWN 🌙 An evening of slow flow yoga, live music & connection. Life gets busy. Between work, plans and everything on our minds, it’s easy to move through the week without taking a moment for ourselves. This is your invitation to pause. Join us at @tejahouse with @yogabymorgane for a gentle evening of movement, guided by live acoustic music. We’ll take our time, connect with our breath and let the day settle as we flow together. There’s something special about sharing a room, moving to the same music and giving yourself permission to be fully present. No rush to get anywhere. Just a little space to listen to your body and enjoy the moment. Come solo, bring a friend, meet someone new and share an evening beyond the usual routine ✨ Everyone is welcome. Come as you are. 🗓 Tuesday, October 27 🕕 18:00 📍 TEJÁ HOUSE 🧘‍♀️ With @yogabymorgane Save the date and send this to someone who could use a little slow down 🌿Link in bio #NowSociety #TheSlowDown #YogaLisbon #LisbonWellness #MindfulMovement by @nowsociety.pt

Two passions, one ocean, endless connections. 🌊✨ We’re Rui and Mira—two movement enthusiasts building a vibrant space for like-minded souls to meet, move, and grow together. Every weekend, we take on the ocean’s challenges as one, riding the waves, feeling the raw energy of nature, and grounding ourselves with beachside yoga during our special events. Whether you’re finding your balance on a surfboard or stretching out in the sand, you’ll be facing new elements surrounded by a welcoming community. Stay tuned, catch the sun and waves with us, and make lifelong connections. People will tell you that by the age of 30 you’re already old… It’s VERY important that you don’t listen to them and keep believing and investing in yourself, YOU ARE already your best version, just keep showing up everyday for yourself, for what you believe, no matter what, and your dreams will become your reality when you’re not even expecting it! Our mind responds to our body and the opposite too! 🥷💃💥 Keep dreaming high, building your community and finding joy in your life, and if you want a community focused on wellbeing, moviment and joy, join us on @moveandreset.eu for the next events to come in Lisbon! I’m wearing the Women’s Velocity Core Romper from @nordictigon for complete confidence and mobility to execute all the movements that I want!
Because no algorithm can replace moving together, meeting someone new, sharing a laugh mid-run or the energy of being surrounded by people who chose to show up. 💛 RUN & RESET is about more than movement. It’s about creating spaces to connect in real life. We breathe. We move. We run. We reset. Together. 🏃‍♀️✨ And this is only the beginning. MOVE & RESET is coming. Follow @moveandreset.eu and be part of what we’re building. #MoveAndReset #LisbonCommunity #LisbonEvents #WellnessLisbon #RunClubLisbon by @nowsociety.pt
