Closing out the weekend with an unexplainable amount of gratitude for the support at the @npcatlanticcoast yesterday. Everything from our incredible competitors, sponsors, staff, and judges was nothing short of amazing. A special thank you to one of the best to ever do it @mikevalentino63 for extending me the opportunity to step into the promotion side of an event that I’ve literally grown up attending, it’s a surreal full circle moment for me in which I’m truly grateful. BIG things ahead for the 27 AC Championships ⏳ by @npcatlanticcoast

Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your actions dictate your results. Think with intention, move with aggression. #stndrd #cbum #ad #recommended #fyp by @npcatlanticcoast

I waited to write my long caption for this moment right here. After 20+ weeks of prep we have completed step 1, securing that ticket to Vegas for my Pro Qualifier, USAs in Vegas! To think about still being 6 weeks out from my 100% ability is so insane to me. Being able to step on stage 35lbs heavier than last show is incredible and knowing that everything that I can do to SECURE THAT CARD is 100% in our control makes it that much better. To be able to do this each and every day is truly a blessing and there is nobody else I can thank more than Allah for blessing me with the ability to get out of bed each and every day, plant my feet on this beautiful earth and dedicate every single thing I have into my craft of bodybuilding, coaching and becoming the baddest MF on this planet. @codynery @team_lmtls I want to thank you for everything. For showing how a leader shows up for his soldiers. The endless hours of coaching athletes. Inviting me over to help with posing each morning. Sharing the knowledge and experience to become a better coach and a better man. But most importantly I want to thank you for being such a whole hearted soul to my mom when she was here. This man made sure my mom was GOOD! Always making sure she had what she needed. Making sure she could enjoy herself and showing her that I am in good hands down here. This truly filled my heart Cody and you will forever be able to call me your brother. 🔒🖤 @jon_enciso THANK YOU MY BROTHER! Thank you for flying in making sure that I had everything I needed and didn’t have to worry about anything else other than the goal we had at hand. This mentally helped me tremendously and there is no doubt that our bond runs deep brother. After only a few years of knowing each other, I truly consider you family and am grateful to have a boy like you in my corner.🤝💫 To my other brothers tagged. This caption is too long and won’t let me finish but having you guys there with me meant the world. None of it goes unnoticed and we all will ride for eachother⚔️ Yall are truly stand up guys. And there is so much more that I can say, Yall know I can talk🤣 But you guys know what it is, ALL LOVE🖤 VEGAS HERE WE COME BABY! by @npcatlanticcoast
Bringing the physique is one thing... But the presentation is a whole different ballgame. This by far the most confident, composed, and intentional I’ve ever felt on stage. Every pose had a purpose, every transition felt natural, and for the first time I truly felt like I could just enjoy the moment. To me, THIS is CLASSIC PHYSIQUE. #posingroutine #classicphysique #posing #bodybuilding by @npcatlanticcoast
With still 6 more weeks to target show… This was our qualifying moment for our target show July 25th and we just missed the overall being “6 weeks out”. It’s safe to say we are on track and will be in inside out peeled for the big show. Hats off to David for putting on such a great showing and paying attention to detail. It’s time we get better and that is what we will do. Execution is the only option 🫡 📸: @_solovisuals__ by @npcatlanticcoast
Get Like Us Physiques did work this weekend! We’re some proud coaches, @chrypt1c has been working with us for a few years getting his body ready for his first showing and he battled in both stacked classes placing 6th in Classic Physique Novice and we can’t be prouder, now is growing season! @_theonlykingrogers_ joined the team after being of the stage for 9 years and what a showing battled in the Men’s Physique Open Class E placing 2nd after re-judging at the night show, yeah it was that close, we’re excited for the future, but now we celebrate this wins and look ahead! #teamglu we do this… So proud of my wife and coach for the work and dedication to her athletes @muscles_ifbb_pro so excited for this season!!! To @npcatlanticcoast and @mikevalentino63 thank you for putting an amazing show and taking so good care of all the athletes, coaches and families! Last but not least, thanks to the Team GLU athletes and family members that came to support this 2 athletes and their hard work!
