You said you wanted the real Nicaragua....what if you could travel somewhere not as a tourist… but as our guest?

We’re Itinerō Adventures, and Nicaragua is more than a destination to us.....It’s our home!

We have lived here for many years. We have a home and a small coffee and cacao farm here. And in January 2027, we want to invite you into the Nicaragua that we know and love.
💚
For nine days, we’ll take you deep into the heartland of Nicaragua — following coffee from cherry to cup, and cacao from pod to bar.
💚
You’ll walk through tropical forests and farms, meet the people who grow and create these products, learn the traditional and artisan processes, taste extraordinary coffee and chocolate, and experience what it really means to know where something comes from.
💚
But this isn’t just a coffee and cacao trip.....
💚
Along the way, we’ll explore volcanoes, waterfalls and local markets, stay in beautiful eco-lodges, and travel in a way that supports local communities and the land we love.
💚
Because for us, travel is about more than seeing beautiful places.
💚
It’s about connection with the land and its people.
💚
So, if you’re looking for something different in January 2027…

Come with us.

Come into the forests.
Meet the people.
Taste Nicaragua at its source.

And bring home as much coffee and chocolate as you can carry!!!

Nicaragua 2027.
Itinērō Adventures.
Come travel deeper.

Nicaragua is not a place but a feeling, a mood, a colour palette of pure inspiration ✨️

NUESTRA FINCA SAGRADA remains a communal space. It remains open to all those who have shared this space with us. We miss all of you, we miss the moments this land created for us to enjoy, and we always miss the farm when we are away.

If you would like to plan a visit, reach out to us and let us know your desires.
Nuestra Finca Sagrada always needs new energy, for those who want to spend time in nature, reflecting, revising and envisioning.
It is also a place for those who want to hibernate away from the world and come back to the source.

We love you familia ❤️ by @nuestrafincasagrada

Beloved Community 💚 #updates from the finca!
We are so blessed to have Luis & Marisol taking care of our precious ecovillage & food forest! The forest is thriving >>>>
💚
UPDATES:
》COFFEE PLANTATION has begun 500 trees planted
》300 Tumeric & Ginger growing happily in the shade of the food forest
》The abundance of Moringa is growing by the day
》 Mela is still the Queen of the Temple
》We have been very blessed in receiving a substanial donation from the @rotaryaustralia to continue helping our community to achieve continuous access to fresh drinking water & storage for our neighbouring families.
》It's been almost 6 months now since we left the farm to take a period of absence to return to the developed world 🌎 and of course we deeply miss our community, the land, the forest and our favourite friend Mela.
》We continue to learn and educate ourselves about Ecology, Horticulture & Community while we are away, in the hopes we'll be able to bring all these experiences back to the farm next year.
💚
We love you
May you be healthy, may you be happy & may you be in peace ✌️

We send you loving peace as we enter into 7 days of Vipassana Meditation & Silence today. We’ll be offline for 1 week, turning inward, slowing down, listening to the jungle and coming to peace with ourselves here in Koh Samui.
May you be happy
May you be healthy
May you be at peace
Keep planting those SEEDS!

We dıd it! Another wildly successful fire season @nuestrafincasagrada 💥❤️‍🔥🔥🧡
We hosted over a dozen people from 10 countries 😲 this dry season at the farm was nothing less than a dream & magic in practice!
🧡
For all of you who came and gave your energy, time and sweat, we are are deeply grateful.
We truely are a #nomadiccommunity of wandering souls, we gather in the forest to ReConnect to Source, to find peace, to remember what's important & to find new connections in each other.
🧡
As the dry season comes to an end here in #nicaragua we also would like to share our news to our family of followers 🔜🔜 We will be taking a break away from our #permaculturefarm here at #nuestrafincasagrada and moving to Sydney, Australia for the next little chapter to apply our skills in the Urban Jungle and see what we can cultivate.
🧡
We love you 🙏🧡🙏🧡

Odd as I am sure it will appear to some,
I can think of no better form of personal involvement in the cure of the environment than that of gardening. A person who is growing a garden, if he is growing it organically, is improving a piece of the world.

LOVE 🧡 that's all we're here for!
Creating it, sharing it, receiving it and giving it again 🧡

The Eco-Village dream is alive & well thanks to these humans 🙏
We believe in the magic of an open home, inviting travellers into our world, in the hopes of creating a nest for a family of nomadic souls 🌀🌏
Creating a community space in the wild lands of Nicaragua has been our dream from the beginning, but the past few months has been more than we could have ever imagine!
Thank you to @nu_mundo & @wwoof for providing these regenerative & vital webs of connection, we are infinitely grateful 🙏🌀🦋

El jardin del amor
🌞🦋🐸🌻🧡
