Part 2 | This was my favourite harvest! I was not expecting to find sooo much ginger. The best part that I didn’t capture was tasting it raw! 😂 I was not expecting it to be SO strong!

This was such a beautiful reminder of how much we can grow ourselves and the knowledge we can gain by reconnecting with the plants we call medicine🫚

Getting to visit home means getting to learn more from my grandfather, and if you know my journey, you know just how special that is to me. We recently harvested turmeric together which was such a cool experience!

Stay tuned for Part 2 because the next harvest was WILD! 👀

One thing that really grinds my gears is the addition of artificial flavours and essences to things we consume, including TEAS🫖

We’ve become so accustomed to manufactured flavours that we’re losing touch with the beauty of natural ingredients and the flavours they offer on their own.

Blueberry tea? Let me see and taste the actual blueberry. Lavender tea? Let me see and experience the actual lavender.

Not everything needs to be enhanced or made to taste like candy. Sometimes, we just need to let the plants be plants 🌱😌
