Day 3 of 90: Your hair IS growing. You’re just losing it as fast as it grows. 🌱
Hair grows about half an inch a month, but if breakage cancels that out, you’ll feel stuck at the same length. Here are 3 reasons your hair “isn’t growing”:
1⃣ You’re skipping trims. Split ends travel up the strand and cause breakage. Trim every 8–12 weeks or when you see splits.
2⃣ Your hair is dry and being detangled roughly. Dry hair snaps. Detangle on damp, conditioned hair from the ends up, and deep condition every 1–2 weeks.
3⃣ You’re touching and restyling it too much. Every restyle stresses the strand. Pick a low-manipulation style and leave it alone.
Swipe for the products I recommend for each one. 👉
💾 Save this for your next wash day
