Homemade pizza night with my little chefs! 🍕❤️

One of my favorite things lately has been watching my boys grow more confident and helpful in the kitchen. They love being part of the process, and I love making these sweet memories with them! 🥹❤️

Last night, we learned how to make Italian pizza from scratch using lighter, lower-calorie ingredients, and it turned out so delicious! There’s something extra special about enjoying a meal we made together. 🥰

Next up on our little cooking adventures… cauliflower pizza! 🍕✨

Guys!!! so I made bread from scratch for the very first time yesterday and it came out absolutely amazing!!! Super soft and fluffy!! The family absolutely loved it, they all went really quickly and now everyone’s asking me to make more (no it took my whole life to do 😂)!

But definitely amazing. Made with oat flour, almond flour and organic white flour, Greek yogurt, avocado butter, monkfruit and almond milk.

Healthy, high protein, yummy and I see it being a part of our monthly meal plan!

A very quick go to pancake recipe for the kids when you have leftover cornmeal porridge.

These are sooooo delicious everyone kept asking for more. And of course we’re gonna do some Mickey ones cause we love that mouse around here 😂

OK if I must say… I have been having so much fun with these rice paper recipes and you know your girl gotta have her Tuscan salmon.

1. Rice paper chicken nuggets (I couldn’t even get to take an after picture because my husband pretty much devoured it all).

2. Marry me Tuscan salmon with cauliflower mash and quinoa and of course I’m officially becoming a salad girly.

Let’s be honest… sometimes it’s extremely hard to get in enough protein on a daily basis especially when your goal is 160 to 180 g of protein. If you’re a busy person, sometimes you might skip lunch or dinner so having a protein packed of breakfast can help get in a lot of that protein you need.

Was feeling quite weak this weekend so I did absolutely nothing. Woke up today with a bit more energy so decided to prep some things for the kids. Hubby also requested stewed chicken so he got what he asked for and it was a HIT! My sons ate down to the bone and asked for more!
