We’re ready to share our secret weapon in the treatment room. We created NutríVamos because we saw a need in our industry. As clinical estheticians, we saw people struggling with dry, overworked skin and damaged skin barriers from too many actives in their skincare routine. We also saw A TON of acne treatments… but we wanted to create something that could support our clients throughout the entire acne journey (including barrier repair and maintenance) NutríVamos was created to bring clean ingredients, science-backed efficacy, and cultural skincare together. Products that are safe and effective for ALL skin types… even the ones the beauty industry usually leaves out of the conversation. To shop our collection and learn more about our story, visit nutrivamos.com. #latinxownedbusiness #acnesafeskincare #skincare #nutrivamos by @nutrivamos1
Our why? Seeing our clients who came to us with active breakouts feel confident and clear with barely any breakouts. We love to see the transformation from inflamed and self-conscious to radiant and glowing. It doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to work. It’s a TOTAL myth that all acne-prone skin is oily… A lot of acne-prone skin is actually dry and made even worse by the (pretty drying) treatments we use to combat breakouts. Dew. It. All. is a ceramide serum created by two clinical estheticians who specialize in acne care. It’s formulated for deep hydration without feeling greasy, sticky, or clogging pores. It rehydrates and restores suppleness to stressed-out skin without spreading acne-causing bacteria. Tap the link to shop now. #skinbarrier #acnesafeskincare #estheticianapproved by @nutrivamos1
Mandala Active Face Wash is our new active cleanser at NutríVamos. We made it with mandelic acid, which is a gentle AHA exfoliant for clearer and smoother-looking skin. It can be used on its own, but it’s also great as the first step in a double cleanse routine. Mandala Active Face Wash is for the folks who are more oily and acne-prone. Those with very sensitive skin may want to use it a few times a week instead of every day. Fragrance-free, cruelty-free, and barrier safe. Shop it now. #nutrivamos #acneskincare #skincareroutine by @nutrivamos1
Dew It All was made to hydrate in a totally fresh way. With so many products containing HA these days, we wanted Dew It All to be the serum that plays nice with others, not one that might risk overdoing it. The result is a hydrating serum that is acne-safe, barrier-friendly, and absorbs into the skin cleanly and without any residue. Shop Dew It All at nutrivamos.com for glowy skin no matter your climate. #nutrivamos #skincare #estheticianapproved by @nutrivamos1
Before you say “actives wrecked my skin”, don’t panic. Your skin isn’t ruined, and it doesn’t mean they can’t work for you in the future. Too much too soon with actives like retinoids or acids in your skincare routine can damage the delicate skin barrier… and sensitive, melanated, or hormonal skin will revolt. Then if you’re continuing to pile harsh actives onto an already damaged barrier, the results can leave your skin looking and feeling even worse than before. We developed our skincare line after years in the treatment room as clinical estheticians. We knew that skin barrier health was being left out of the skincare conversation… especially when it came to acne and sensitive skin. Follow to learn more about NutríVamos and how we can help you repair and restore your skin barrier to health and get your glow back. #nutrivamos #estheticianapproved #skinbarrier by @nutrivamos1
Goldielux by NutríVamos is a mushroom blend peptide moisturizer that got its name because it’s not too thick, or too thin… it’s JUST right. We wanted to create something for ALL skin types… dry, hormonal, irritated, oily, sensitive, melanin-rich, mature, acne-prone, or otherwise. Goldielux is formulated with smart peptides like Matrixyl® and Argireline®, as well as 4 adaptogenic mushrooms (reishi, chaga, cordyceps, and snow mushroom) to create a hydrating, non-comedogenic, barrier-safe moisturizer. Seriously, Accutane should not be the first line of defense when it comes to acne. While it does have its place in very specific situations, we believe that it’s generally over-prescribed and over-used. Plus, it’s super hard on your skin and your body as a whole (did you know it risks causing birth defects!?) Hit follow to see more of the most overrated and underrated skincare products according to two clinical estheticians and founders of NutríVamos. #nutriavmos #estheticianapproved #skincare by @nutrivamos1
Skincare lovers are often told that HA is the holy grail, but we’re here to tell you the truth 👀 For hydration that actually holds, ceramides are your best friend. Light but moisturizing, cruelty-free, and safe for ALL skin types. Want to see for yourself? A complex of ceramides is the main active ingredient in our most-loved Dew It All serum. Sorry not sorry, your fav skinfluencer has never seen your skin, and they have no idea what you need… they can only speak to what’s worked for them. What’s worse is that they may not even be using the products they’re trying to sell you. It’s amazing to live in a time when we have so much information at our fingertips, but as two clinical estheticians and founders of NutríVamos, we are BEGGING you… don’t forget that where you get your info matters. #nutrivamos #skincareroutine #estheticianapproved by @nutrivamos1
Ceramides make up about 50% of your skin barrier… that’s why we ditched the overhyped HA and formulated NutríVamos’s best-selling serum, Dew It All, with them instead. Save this when you’re researching your next skin barrier support routine 💙 #nutrivamos #skincare #ceramides by @nutrivamos1
If your skin is going totally rogue in perimenopause, you’re not alone. Perimenopausal skin changes are actually very common, and it’s something that we don’t talk about enough in the skincare community. Previously supple skin can become dry and dehydrated seemingly overnight. Breakouts can start popping up after decades of smooth skin. The most important thing to do if your skin is freaking out in perimenopause is to notice what’s still working for you in your routine… and what’s not working anymore. As we age and our skin changes, our routines need to change, too. It’s all a part of the skin journey, but lucky for you, you have NutríVamos on your side 😉 #nutrivamos #perimenopause #skincareroutine by @nutrivamos1
