7 years together, and hopefully 70 more to go. Happy anniversary ❤️ @sighpiebutterflyy by @nyantheles

Happy 7 years of Jolly 🧡

What a year it has been, looking back at all the crazy events and activations we’ve put together as a crew. Thankful for all the opportunities to lead and pace, as well as the brands that have supported us the past year.

Looking forward to Season 8 already! 🏃🏻‍♂️💨

First time going to a marathon overseas, kinda nervous 😬
KLSCM 2026 by @nyantheles

Medal Monday | Race Reflections

A mix of race adrenaline and confidence from a solid training block contributed to starting out too fast trying to stick to race pace instead of running by effort.

Heart rate spiked to z4 early on and wouldn’t go down no matter what I did (17x bpm even at 6:00 pace). Ultimately, the tough course punished my aggressive pacing early on.

To say I’m not disappointed would be a lie, but I’m proud of myself for staying consistent through my first proper training block.

Finish time: 2:06:32

An official sub-2 half marathon race record continues to elude me. Back to the drawing board.

Didn’t fight the night before (iykyk), but knowing you were waiting near the finish line was all the boost I needed to keep moving forward ❤️ @sighpiebutterflyy

Couldn’t get a photo with everyone, but thank you to the most supportive crew/training buddies/brothers for all the encouragement and training tips throughout this journey 🧡 @aut5mn @nazri.roslan @snaps.skye @mdsyafiq.b @hibshamir @barneoty @vincenttjz @cheryllorh

Till next time, @klscmarathon. by @nyantheles

7 years since my first solo trip to Macau, still every bit as bright and grand as I remember it to be 😮‍💨

Thank you @alphapropp and fam for the kind hospitality and bringing us around ❤️

Deload week done and dusted!

Feet held up despite the busted toenail from last week’s PB effort, thanks to toe guards from @watsonssg

Thank you @run.jpg_ @pocarisg for the hydration 🧡💙

One more week of training before the taper, T-22 to @klscmarathon. by @nyantheles

What 12 weeks of consistency can do for you 👉🏻

Started the @klscmarathon training block in June, and despite some hiccups here and there, the results are showing.

Now let’s hope the haze situation gets better so we get to leave it all on the course. T-27 to race day.
