Best life changing accomplishment ever. Thank you @zumba 🙌🏽💃🏽 by @nychic74

It’s Ultrasound Awareness month and lately my profession has been heavy on me, work demands, the pressure, never enough. I’m tired. Let’s just say my empathy has gone out the emergency door. But my girl who I went to ultrasound school with who is also an ultrasound technologist sent this to me when I needed it the most and reminded me of why I do this. It’s like she knew 🥹 To all my ultrasound peeps out there hang in there. We got this 💪🏽 by @nychic74

A little late bestie post, thank you my friend @grandmatazzo for sharing this amazing life changing experience with me. This trip was needed in more ways than one. True friends are never apart, maybe in distance but never in heart ❤️👯‍♀️🇬🇷 by @nychic74

Reality hit hard coming back from my trip, some sadness from leaving Greece and the work stress hit the hardest really fast this weekend. But no matter what Zumba always manages to save me. Got to dance with Rob, who I’ve been wanting to dance and meet for the longest! Finally it happened, and he took it all away. Thank you @zj.rob for an amazing masterclass, your energy and for taking me out of my funk 🙏🏽🙌🏽😍💃🏽❤️ by @nychic74

How do I put into words what last week has meant to me, I’ve travel to many places but Greece has my heart and soul. The people, the food, the music and the new friendships. Thank you @spetses.fitness.retreat @lina.telis @lefteris_nydras_uk for this life changing experience and for an unforgettable week. 🥹🇬🇷❤️ by @nychic74
