A bronze medal at Euro Flag 2025 reinforced Spain’s place among Europe’s leading women’s programs as the team continues its rise on the international stage.

To Ottawa University, Coach Liz, Coach Katie, Coach Abby, and all my teammates 🤍

It still feels unreal not knowing what my future will look like next year, and even crazier thinking this may have been my first and last season as a Brave and collegiate student-athlete. This experience has been nothing short of unforgettable. From making friendships that I know will last forever, to experiencing my FIRST tornado ever 😅, to truly living the student-athlete life… every moment meant so much to me.

Even though we couldn’t make history one more time and bring home the sixth consecutive NAIA championship, I couldn’t be prouder of this team. I know every athlete in this program has such a bright future ahead, whether that’s on the field or wherever life takes them.

I’ll always be grateful for how welcomed I felt from the moment I got here and for every single person I met along the way. Thank you to my teammates, coaches, and everyone who made this season so special. And a special thank you to my coaches for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be part of something bigger than myself. I know this program and these coaches will continue changing the game and paving the way for the next generation of girls chasing their dreams in flag football.

Also, a huge thank you to Miss Jen and Coach Red for always helping me stay healthy and for being there for me through my recovery process this season🤍
