📍Meet OAA Media We’re not your typical content crew. 🎥 We’re filmmakers who sleep in swags, hike for golden light, and pour cold brews before sunrise. 🌄 What started as filming weekend trips with mates has grown into a full-scale content team for outdoor brands. From cinematic campaigns to punchy social reels we bring your story to life, wherever it unfolds. 📬 DM us or comment “OUTDOORS” to chat. Video production in North East Victoria, reviewed by the people who hired us. Five jobs, five clients, five reviews we did not write. A builder, a coffee roaster, Fence Top Security, the MHF Outdoor Expo and the Myrtleford Alpine Rally. Swipe for what each of them actually said. Brand films, product and instructional video, commercial photography, drone and aerial, social content, and websites built around the footage. Two of us, Sam and Jake. Thanks to Goodwin Build Co, Coffeechakra, SharkGuard, Mansfield Hunting and Fishing, and the Myrtleford Alpine Rally. Got a story worth telling? 🏍️ ALPINE RALLY 2026 | MYRTLEFORD, VIC Tight single track, technical terrain and plenty of throttle! The Alpine Rally 2026 brought some incredible enduro riding to Myrtleford, with riders tackling the rugged trails of Victoria’s High Country. Dust, dirt bikes and good times in North East Victoria. This is what Australian enduro riding is all about! 🤘 🎥 Filmed & edited by OAA Media. #AlpineRally2026 #EnduroAustralia #SingleTrack #DirtBikeAustralia #Myrtleford by @oaa_media
What it actually takes to film the Myrtleford Alpine Rally and have it on screen the same day. Rolling from 7.30am. Hundreds of riders, 70km of High Country singletrack and fire road, and a camera chasing them through the bush. Then cutting and grading on the same clock, so the film was playing at the reserve by 4.30pm while the event was still running. Huge thanks to the Alpine Rally crew and Myrtleford Football Netball Club for having us back. 🏍️ Running an event and want the film on screen before the presentations? Captured that morning. On the big screen that night. This is what same day delivery actually looks like. The 2023 Alpine Rally was our first ever media job. Three years later we were back filming it again, and it still feels like the best day on the calendar. 9.30am. Bikes away, and the clock starts. 70km of High Country singletrack and fire road. Every skill level out there having a crack. The unglamorous bit. Docking footage, finding the moments, and cutting a film with a couple of hours on the clock. This is the whole point. Riders watching themselves on the big screen! Filmed in the morning. Edited through the day. Delivered that afternoon. On screen that night. Running an event? Let’s talk. oaamedia.com.au by @oaa_media
An event lasts a day. The content shouldn’t. Most event filming stops when the gates close. We think the job’s bigger than that. Before the day. We made promo films for @mansfieldhuntingandfishing ahead of their 2026 Expo, to build the excitement before the gates opened. On the day. At the Myrtleford Alpine Rally we filmed through the morning and cut it the same day. Riders were watching themselves on screen that afternoon, while the rally was still running. After the day. For @lafieraitalianfestival we made a highlight film and reels from the festival in Myrtleford, the food, the music, the crowd, made to bring next year’s visitors back. Real people, real crowds, nothing staged. That’s the stuff people remember. Have an event coming up? Let’s capture the moment and keep them coming back year after year. A project breakdown video from our latest work with Social Fishing and the Murray Cod Drift boat film. The full video is live on our YouTube to see the whole project walkthrough. by @oaa_media
Ever wondered what actually goes into the footage? Here is a day on an OAA shoot, start to finish. We turn up early and chase the light. We shoot when the place looks its best, not when it happens to be convenient. We film where the work actually happens. On the boat, on the tools, in the paddock. No studio, no fakery, real conditions every time. Then we cut it all into a hero film, a set of reels and a stills library. Content that sounds like your business, because it is. That is the whole difference. We do not make it up. We capture what is already real. Want a shoot day of your own? Comment or DM us "SHOOT". Four days on the Murrumbidgee. You drift it, camp on the sand, and fish the snags as you go. Murray cod are Australia’s largest freshwater fish and that stretch is prime water for them. Deep bends, heavy timber, and long runs with nobody else on them. Filming a drift is a lot of fun. Sam on main camera, Jake driving the camera boat and flying the drone, GoPro and Osmo Action chest cams on the anglers for the POV shots. A lot of it after dark, which is when they actually move. Full film is up now on the @socialfishing YouTube channel. . . . #murraycod #codfishing #nativefish #murrumbidgee #australianfishing fishingfilm outdoorfilmmaking videoproduction socialfishing oaamedia wedontfakeit by @oaa_media
We took the Suzuki 6hp and 9.9hp out where they actually get used. No showroom, no fake gloss. Just the motors doing the job they are built for. We teamed up with Rhys from Social Fishing for an honest, on-the-water review, filmed on the river. Real water, real fishing, real conditions. One shoot became a full review film plus a set of reels and stills. The full review is live now on the Social Fishing YouTube channel. Go and have a watch. Want content like this for your product or brand? Comment or DM us "REVIEW" and we will show you what it could look like.
