Drop in temp outside 📉. Temp inside the gym 📈. Calgary weather is wasting no time reminding us winter is coming, but the energy in here is a whole different story. When the thermometer drops, the work rate goes up. Sweat beats the cold every single time. Who is training with us this week? Let’s get to work. 💪❄️🔥 by @odafit_cf

September Champions Club Winner: Kaley! 🏆 If anyone ever tries to use “having kids” as an excuse, point them straight in Kaley’s direction. Not only is this powerhouse mom raising three kids, but two of them are twins! When she hits the floor, she is without a doubt one of the most fiercely competitive athletes we have. She goes for every single rep, pushes the pace, and takes home the top scores more often than not. (The only thing competing with her leaderboard spots is her legendary fashionably late arrivals to class! 😉) Huge congratulations, Kaley! Enjoy your well-earned gift card to the farmers’ market. Who’s ready to chase down the Champions Club title for October? Let’s hear it! 👇 by @odafit_cf
