Hey ya’ll! So as many of you know, I specialize in intimate waxing and underarms (these are the services I perform most frequently too), so I feel most confident with them. HOWEVER… once in a blue moon I’ll get a leg wax and I do love a challenge. I’m always learning new methods, techniques, and educating myself to provide the best experience and results possible! This wax went great πŸ₯° prepping the skin properly and using quality products is essential. Hope you like it! ✨How can I avoid/reduce the chance of getting ingrowns? By exfoliating regularly, you can start preventing dead skin, product buildup, etc., from trapping hair in the hair follicle. It’s also important not to over exfoliate, which can cause irritation and be counterproductive. 2-3 times per week is usually good! & don’t forget to moisturize the skin. This is also crucial to keep the skin healthy and avoid ingrowns. #ingrownhairremoval #ingrownextraction #stocktonwaxer #209waxer stocktonesthetician by @odalysaesthetics
Orchid πŸ’œπŸ˜βœ¨ This is what consistently waxing your underarms looks like (barely any growth after 6 weeks) Let’s talk wax: I’ve tried so many different waxes and brands since I fist started waxing, and more so over the course of the last year, with the intent of providing the best service and quality to my clients. @italwax has genuinely blown me away so far 🀩 quality always speaks for itself! What I love about this wax: - great grip, without compromising the skin - fast dry time with no cracking - no overpowering scents - flexibility - great melting point - sensitive skin friendly - & one of the many perks: it’s beautiful! πŸ€— If you’re a beauty professional, definitely try out orchid in your treatment room. πŸ’œβœ¨ @italwaxusa #stocktonwaxer #209waxer #stocktonwaxing by @odalysaesthetics

Sideburn Wax 🀩 My client here grows pretty low sideburns that he does not like, and prefers the clean wax look & feeling. For these I make sure to exercise my professional judgment + ALWAYS check-in with my client about where they want the hair removed. You want to avoid taking too much off or go too high up. I also make sure to secure their hair down so we don’t accidentally get wax on hair we won’t be removing.
