They think I’m finished.. I know I’ve just begun 🦍 #ODDBODY #SolidFoundation by @odddrx
Buildin with my family means more to me now than ever. After everything I’ve been thru, I’ve realized that success isn’t only about what I can build for myself - it’s also about what I can pour into the people coming behind me. Watching my nephews learn these handstands reminded me of something. One of them is already getting comfortable upside down. The other is still learning how to find his balance, trust his strength, and keep his core tight. But they’re both progressing. And really that’s life. Sometimes we look at somebody else who seems more stable, stronger, or further ahead and forget that we’re still learnin how to hold ourselves up. Progress doesn’t always look like mastering it. Sometimes progress is holdin it for two seconds longer. Falling a little better than last time. Being brave enough to try again. Or simply realizing you’re just getting better. I want them to learn early what I’m still reminding myself of as an adult: Celebrate the small wins. Because the little wins are how you build the strength for the big ones. And more than anything, I want my nieces and nephews to know they have somebody in their corner who is goin to teach them, encourage them, challenge them and build with them. & that means more to me than anything. We’re all just learning how to find our balance. 🤸🏾‍♂️🌱 #ODDBODY #ThirdHarvest #SolidFoundation by @odddrx
Better to be a Warrior in a garden. Than a gardener in a war. 🥷🌱 #ODDBODY #ThirdHarvest #SolidFoundation by @odddrx
For 19 days I sat in a jail cell. Today I’m 29 days sober from weed. People might hear that story and think it was just punishment. I don’t. I think God sat me down. Not because I wasn’t working hard… But because there were things I was refusing to face. Sometimes we’re moving so fast that we can’t hear what’s trying to guide us. One thing I promised myself while I was in there was that I wasn’t going to let my environment dictate my discipline. I stayed on my program. I worked out. I practiced my headstands. I focused on my mind. Even had other inmates doing them too. Something as simple as turning your body upside down became a reminder that sometimes changing your perspective changes everything. I’m not glorifying jail. I’m grateful for the lessons. Every setback doesn’t have to become your identity. Sometimes it’s an invitation to rebuild stronger. A more solid foundation. Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming. Still ODD. — The cell stopped my movement, but it didn’t stop my growth. God didn’t break me. He removed the distractions long enough for me to hear the Most High. #ODDBODY #SolidFoundation #GrowthMindset #ThirdHarvest by @odddrx

When you really Chosen life gets tricky. Head up, chest out. I get greater with every setback. That’s how alchemy works 🤞🏽⚕️ by @odddrx
Success doesn’t respond to desire it responds to discipline. Change your mindset, it’ll change your life. #ODDBODY by @odddrx
