Embracing the notion that I will make mistakes along the way is very threatening to my ego and one of the hardest things I strive to do, in both my professional and personal life. Fortunately, I get lots of practice…

As a result, I’ve come to love the debrief process. Cultivating a culture of reflection and introspection in your organization will not only strengthen your team, but improve the safety and impact of your programming.

Hi, my name is Claudia.

I am privileged and grateful to live, work, and play on the unceded, ancestral and traditional territory of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish, and Lil’wat Nations.📍

I am an education consultant, specializing in outdoor and experiential education and risk management. I love developing curriculum and working with educators to bring to life their program visions. 💭

If my smile doesn’t say it all, this expression is the result of the pure joy and satisfaction of a day spent exploring trails and playing in the snow. One of the best arguments for outdoor education programs is the confidence-building and health benefits associated with spending time outside. ❤️‍🔥

If you or your organization is looking to launch, develop, fine-tune, or elevate an Outdoor Education program, please get in touch. I’d love to hear about your questions, challenges and successes! 📥
