POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi there, thanks for visiting, while you’re here, let me introduce myself:

I’m Caleb Meyer, aka The Theatre Guy.

I am a 22 year old actor and singer based in Gauteng, South Africa.

From being a mean one, Mr Grinch, back in 2017, to howling like a feral furry in Into The Woods this year, 2024, I have 3 years of drama training, as well as over 5 years of on-stage performance experience.🎭

During those 5+ years of performing, I’ve had the privilege of being in over 10 different shows, one of which received a Naledi Award Nomination. I also wrote, directed and acted in my own show for the 2022 Biltong en Boerewors Fees, as well as wrote, directed, filmed and acted in my own short film, “Haunted” in 2019. It’s available to watch on my YouTube channel.🎥

Among the many characters I’ve become, two were particularly fun: I played the roles of two Dames, which stretched my abilities to balance & dance in high heels, as well as layer eye shadow like that weird Tannie on your mom’s side.😉😂😋

I have a growing YouTube channel where I post impressions, makeup tutorials, song covers and other fun stuff. If you’d like to check it out, please feel free to tap the link in my bio.

If you’re a Quizzy Lizzy and want to see my full CV, simply tap the link in my bio, locate the house icon under my main photo and pay me a visit. 😎

Fun Fact about me: Apart from my love of theatre and the performing arts, I am an avid fisherman and outdoorsman – for which I also have a YouTube channel. If you’d like to venture down that rabbit hole, be sure to search for Crankin With Caleb on YouTube, and you’ll find me. @crankinwithcaleboffishial
