Living with OCD has been a secret battle I’ve fought in my own mind for my entire life. The truth is, we never really know what someone else is going through behind the scenes.
I’ve spent so much of my life fighting a war within myself, and it has made it incredibly difficult to be fully present in so many moments. For a long time, I kept this part of my life to myself, but I don’t want to keep it a secret anymore.

So, please be kind to people. Everyone is fighting battles that they may never talk about or that you may never see.

I’m sharing this now because if opening up about my experience can help even one person with OCD feel a little less alone, then it’s worth it. #ocdrecovery #ocd #ocdawareness by @oh.filia

Wildfire ❤️‍🔥

This is one of the most personal songs I’ve ever written.

It’s about living with severe OCD—the thoughts that won’t stop, the fear that spreads like a wildfire, and the exhaustion of fighting a battle that so many people can’t see.

Writing this song helped me put words to something that often feels impossible to explain. If you’ve ever struggled with OCD, anxiety, or your own invisible battles, I hope this reminds you that you’re not alone.

Thank you for listening and for letting me share this piece of my story.

My sweet boy. There will be a void, indefinite in my life now. Without you I will be less myself. We have had a lifetime together, moved across oceans, been through the loss of my Dad, through hard times you were always my constant. Everyday you reminded me what it is liked to be loved unconditionally . I will miss you forever. Love you bubs. Have fun in heaven with Ben 🐾 I know you two will be keeping each other company. by @oh.filia
