@ohosushistudio_longbeach is one of those hidden not so hidden gem located in a hotel parking lot, you’ve prob driven by it many times and if you know you know, but if you don’t then let me put you on cuz they’re serving high quality sushi up in here and the servers/chefs are freaking awesome peeps

Featured on this reel are some of the chef’s most sought after dishes, shoutout to sushi chef @bigdaddysamuel I see you my boy:

Chirashi Bowl: an assortment of fresh cut fish & rice, just think of a poke bowl with sashimi
Fire Cracker Wontons: crispy wontons with spicy tuna
Toro Nigiri: the most buttery cut of tuna
Salmon Truffle Nigiri: you can really taste the truffle with every bite

Shoutout to @christa.lynn_ for helping me eat everything

We washed it all down with some Yuzu Sake, REFRESHING!!! by @ohosushistudio_longbeach

One of the best casual sushi spots in Long Beach is @ohosushistudio_longbeach, and it happens to share a parking lot with a motel. The location might be a little sus, but the sushi is anything but.

They often carry premium cuts of fish like otoro, and their sashimi plates slap. Plus, their happy hour deals are insanely good.

I’m always a sucker for a good chirashi bowl, and theirs is a great way to enjoy a variety of fish in one bowl.

For the chef specials, we tried the animal-style albacore, yellowtail jalapeño, and yellowtail with mango, each bringing something different to the table.

We also wrapped things up with a happy hour roll and some nigiri.

All in all, fantastic sushi in an unassuming location. The next time you’re craving sushi in Long Beach, add Oho Sushi Studio to your list! by @ohosushistudio_longbeach
