Gratitude Prayer:

Life flows with ease and grace to me, through me, in me, around me.
All is well in my world.

I am Light, I am love.
Light and love flow to me, through me, in me, around me, gently engulfing all in their path.
Uplifting, elevating, freeing.

I am peace, I am joy, I am grace, I am glory.
I am connected to my soul, I am of the Creator.

All is well in my world.

“SOMETIMES WE FORGET WE ARE SOULS HERE FOR A HIMAN EXPERIENCE, NOT HUMANS SEEKING A SOUL EXPERIENCE.” When we come into this world, we know why we are here. We make a choice to experience spiritual growth in human form. Yet the more entrenched we become on this Earthly plane, the more the bells and whistles distract us, making us forget who we truly are and why we are here. We become consumed with the physically; making this our focus. Until something happens that shakes the illusory dust from our eyes and opens our heart anew, helping us remember we are sparks of the Creator, here to reveal the awesome Light we are within. What if we remember how awesomely powerful we are? Think how different our earthly experience will be, the love we can impart, the forgiveness, and tolerance of our selves and others we can awaken, and the spiritual elevation we can initiate. by @ohrramsolutions

The Creator is in all things! These flowers greet me everyday as I make my way to perform spiritual connections. Their beauty and perfection renews my spirit and revitalizes my soul. These flowers awaken such joy within me.

They are so delicate, yet exude such powerful energy, reminding me that there is strength in being vulnerable and giving the universe permission to support and guide me.

As you gaze at them, allow yourself to appreciate the awesomeness of the Lightforce that created them. Take a moment to breathe in this gift of Light and Life they bring to you. #Godforce #Light #joy #gratitude #soulenergy by @ohrramsolutions

Our Throat and Root Chakras are interrelated. When our foundation (Root Chakra) is secure, we have less need to justify or make excuses for ourselves. We are secure within and don’t need any validation from the outside. We can be real, speak our truth (Throat Chakra) and not worry how or where it will land. And best of all, the colors red (Root Chakra) and blue (Throat Chakra) when combined together make the color purple, the color of the Crown Chakra! A strong foundation plus speaking our truth equals a true connection of our soul to our Source, the Lightforce of God!

JUST BREATHE

As souls enjoying a human experience in this world of action, it’s as important to ground ourselves between points of elevation and transformation. These moments balance and harmonize our frequencies to our new level of enlightenment. Take time to celebrate and appreciate you and the spiritual work you do. Just for a moment breathe, absorb the energy of Mother Earth, allow the Sun to warm you from the inside out. Take it all in, fill yourself up with this Light, and then as you breathe out, rise to embrace your next rung on your ladder of life.
