🏆 NABBA SCOTLAND OVERALL CHAMPION 🏆 2025 overall champion !! Miss SCOTLAND @basia.henderson Massive congratulations to my athlete on taking the Overall Women’s Title at NABBA Scotland 🇬🇧🔥 And securing PRO status to top it off. This wasn’t luck — this was execution. Weeks of precision, discipline, and trusting the process every step of the way. Conditioning, structure, stage presence — all on point when it mattered most. A year between these photos, and a lot of hard work in between. It’s been great watching you grow in confidence and build your physique over the last 12 months. There’s still more to do, but you should be proud of how far you’ve come. Here’s to the next year Well done 👏 GOD BLESS♠️♠️ WWw.oldsckoolnutrition.co.uk Code AJ15 for 💵 off Fuelled by @oldsckool_nutrition by @oldsckool_training_academy Equity stock options Dm us to be a MEAN BUT A VERY PEACEFUL LEAN MACHINE !! #OneYearAnniversary #Progress #FitnessJourney #ProudCoach #OldSckool by @oldsckool_training_academy
At 71, she’s making small changes to her habits and putting them into practice as she goes. Pic on left is this week Comparison 1 is last week and this week Comparison 2 is this week and two week ago Comparison 3 is this week and three weeks ago Comparison 4 is this week and four weeks ago Four weeks in a row comparison to show exactly how stress and work changes ur body and how addressing it makes dramatic loom changed No extremes — just learning, staying consistent and taking it one week at a time. These check-ins are a good reminder that stress, routine and everything life brings can affect how we look and feel from one week to the next. Sometimes the body can look quite different even when nothing major has changed. That’s why we look at the bigger picture and keep showing up. Proud of the effort she’s putting in. This journey is still unfolding 💪 GOD BLESS♠️♠️ WWw.oldsckoolnutrition.co.uk Code AJ15 for 💵 off Fuelled by @oldsckool_nutrition by @oldsckool_training_academy Equity stock options Dm us to be a MEAN BUT A VERY PEACEFUL LEAN MACHINE !! #OldSckool #ProgressAtAnyAge #Consistency #oldsckool #healthyhabits by @oldsckool_training_academy

🚨 OFFICIAL STATEMENT – OLD SCKOOL 🚨 IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE #oldsckool #nutrition #attention by @oldsckool_training_academy
Strong women aren’t made by taking the easy route. They’re built through confidence, consistency and coaching that meets them where they are. At Old Sckool Training Academy, every person belongs. From competitors, pros and amateurs to beginners, lifestyle clients and people returning after injuries, accidents, hip replacements or knee problems — nobody is treated as less, and nobody is treated as more. We coach the person in front of us. Every plan is shaped around their body, movement and goals. We pay attention to the details: the hinge, the ankle, the hands, the elbows, the way each rep is performed. We help people build strength, improve how they move and change how they think about training, food and themselves. And the myth that women who lift weights will “look like men”? That’s nonsense. Strength training helps women become stronger, more capable and more confident in their own bodies. Whatever your starting point, your journey matters. If you’re ready to build a stronger version of yourself, message Old Sckool Training Academy and let’s get to work. Nobody is less. Nobody is more. Everybody gets coached.
