Perfume Friends!!!! 📣📣💥 I am cooking something and excited to share with you!
Link to the workshop tickets in my bio (22.9.) and give @vetiveriacz a follow not to miss on what is coming 😉 by @olfuqtorynotes

This week I’m sharing the shelf of Christine from @olfuqtorynotes . Her scent story unfolds in such an honest and grounded way, from food and spices to her early vanilla era to the moment niche finally opened up for her.

Christine’s words:
My love for scent started with food. I’ve enjoyed cooking since a very young age, always searching for ways to make meals more interesting and flavorful, which naturally led me to explore spices.
As for perfumes, at some point I realized I didn’t like the typical “girly” floral designer fragrances that everyone was wearing, and that’s when my vanilla era began (long before the gourmand trend). It started with The Body Shop’s Vanilla, then moved to Black Orchid and Bvlgari Black.
During a work trip to San Francisco, I visited Tiger Lilly Perfumery (now known as Ministry of Scent), and it opened the door to the world of unusual niche fragrances. Still, I only began collecting on a larger scale a couple of years ago.

Scent is something deeply underused in our digital era. It’s a form of self-expression and an incredibly emotional artistic medium. We wear fragrance on our skin, so for me, it’s inherently sensual. Even when a perfume isn’t overtly sexual, it transforms as it interacts with the body. Getting to know someone’s natural scent feels like a very intimate experience, and when that natural smell is enhanced by a beautiful fragrance, even better.
Fragrance is also a powerful memory anchor. The way certain scents tie to romantic adventures or scent-person connections inspired me to start writing my “dating” notes. Cheeky, fictional date stories told through the lens of perfume.

Connecting sensuality and scent, I’m especially drawn to exploring animalic fragrances. The unapologetic opposite of the minimalist “clean girl” or sugary gourmand trends.

Do you remember the scent that first made fragrance feel personal to you rather than something you just wore?

Wet leaves, mushrooms, golden palette - no perfume captures October forest better than Rauque 🧡🤎🍂@roberto___greco @christopher.sheldrake
Artistic olfactory object with mushrooms and myrrh as main characters is damp, melancholic and incredibly unique. Hints of narcissus and a piece of old leather burried under fallen leaves, golden juice in a beautiful ribbed bottle that looks like it came from 70s.
This is not an everyday scent, but those who can appreciate its beauty will be moved to tears…

Golden leaves, cosy warm drinks 🍁🍂 - a perfect season for one of my favourite fragrance category - ambers 🧡.
There are many great ones but here are a few that are absolute staples of the genre. So is Shalimar but I left it out as it’s been talked about a lot.
Ambre Antique is considered the very first Amber fragrance releases in 1905, the 2025 version is a homage to OG that every amber lover has to try.
All amber fragrances are warm and resinous but can vary greatly from floral ones to spicy or dark kinds 🧡

If you are curious to learn more about amber and try some interesting materials and scents - join our event with Nata @sentire.perfumes on November 11th ( link to event in bio)

@profundum.co is about to drop some new bangers but to remind you where it all started here is a bit of witchy vibes with Martyr 🖤 - bold, smoky, foresty campfire esence 🔥.
I think guys really nail the visual storytelling not just scent and it what makes it work - pushing the boundaries of creativity and using multiple artistic elements 💖

Model - yours truly ☺️
Photographer with attentive eye for detail 👁️ and visual sense capable of catching incredible Profundum aesthetics- @daniel_kriz 📸

Amber, ambergris, amberwood… confused? Let’s follow your nose. ✨

Prague friends - this must be the most exciting event I am hosting this year! ‼️📣💥

Join independent perfumer Nata Dyshliuk, founder of @sentire.perfumes to explore the amber fragrance family - from traditional accords to modern superambers and precious ambergris 🐳
Smell beautiful raw materials, discover how amber fragrances are made, and learn how they’ve evolved over time.
With 15 years of perfume-making experience, Nata brings a wealth of knowledge to this hands-on olfactory journey. I had an opportunity to meet many fragrance enthusiasts and perfumers but hardly anyone can compete with her incredible knowledge 🤓

I have a soft spot for strong athletic men, so plenty of dates with gym bros in my records 🤭
What are some common types of gym bros, stereotypes of dating them and typical fragrance I imagine they would wear ( thought let’s be real - it’s just a deodorant most of the time 🙈) - let explore
Any gym bro here? What do you smell like? And are you single 👀😅? ( asking for a friend)
