Another perfect evening with the amazing women entrepreneurs at @babesboozebusiness.

Tonight, we talked about our vulnerability and our WHY. Every time I talk about mine, I start shaking and feel like crying.

I lost what I had built over 10 years in just 9 months. Those months flew by so fast that I couldn’t even see what was happening.

Now, as I’m working on rebuilding, it’s scary to think about ever being in that place again, where I can’t work and the sky is falling.

That experience completely changed how I define business success.

Today, my mission is to help entrepreneurs build resilient, systemized businesses that turn their expertise into sustainable income and reduce dependence on their constant personal effort.

And Resilience Over Revenue Alone is one of my core values.

A business can generate substantial revenue and still leave its owner financially vulnerable. When income depends heavily on one offer, operations rely on manual effort, or every important decision runs through the owner, unexpected disruptions can put the entire business under pressure.

I’ve developed a framework that addresses these vulnerabilities through three pillars:

1. Create more ways to generate income from your expertise.
2. Build the systems that keep your business connected and organized.
3. Reduce the business’s dependence on your constant personal involvement.

Because I believe your business should fund your life, not consume it.

If you’re like me and don’t want your business to depend entirely on you showing up day in and day out for the rest of your life, let’s connect and support each other! 🤍👯‍♀️ by @olga_sofo

I first got into financial literacy in 2011 when I read Rich Woman by Kim Kiyosaki, which led me to read most of Robert Kiyosaki’s books. I ended up taking all the trainings Rich Dad Education offered back in the day and tried building a real estate investing business, though that venture did not pan out.

However, the work I did for that business naturally led me into marketing. My first agency was built around serving the needs of the Rich Dad community. Since then, I have only dived deeper into entrepreneurship and explored different schools of thought on personal finance.

I have made plenty of mistakes and failed miserably at some of my attempts, but I still believe financial literacy is a critical missing link in our society today.

If I had been taught basic money management as a child, I could have avoided several costly traps that caught me simply because of a lack of financial education.

Kids need to learn how to handle money properly from an early age. It directly shapes how purposefully they approach their education for future career and where they choose to pour their energy and passion.

That is why meeting Jeff Mansen and hearing about what he is building resonated with me immediately. I fell in love with his project, and I am excited to support it as it takes flight.

Follow Jeff’s journey and keep an eye out for his book. It will be available for free very soon. If you have kids and care about their financial future, you will definitely want a copy of The Ultimate Lemonade Stand on your bookshelf.

You can thank me later!

This baby boy, I don’t talk on social media at all about, has been my BFF for almost 2 years now. He is such a joy to be around, teach and learn from, play and cuddle with.

He is a huge reason for my healing and I appreciate that God chose my mom to be his baby sitter. So we can become friends and walk on this journey together ❤️ by @olga_sofo

With all the hardships I’ve been going through, I can’t stop noticing how my path is orchestrated by God 🤍 The more I learn about Him, the more my faith grows. And the more I let go of control, because I could never write a better story. Although there were times I wished I could. by @olga_sofo

Wednesday nights have become the highlight of my week thanks to these little gatherings of female entrepreneurs!

No one should be doing business alone! Especially women 👯‍♀️‼️

Find your tribe and if there is none in your area, create one, like my new awesome friend Alexandra Walker @bareelementsevents did a few years ago. And now this group lifts up and supports hundreds of women around the area.

I’ve been super lucky lately winning little “lottery” here and there.

First I won a raffle 2 weeks in the row at my weekly meetings. Then I got randomly invited to co-host a large networking group. And today I got chosen to be a model for these two amazing ladies doing a training photoshoot.

Beautiful day, gorgeous location, sweet company! Enjoyed it so much 🤍

Feeling super grateful and lucky 😍 and looking forward to my new photos. by @olga_sofo

I love small business owners! They look like regular people on the outside but they are super heroes on the inside!

@workspacecollectivedaytona is definitely a product of tons of hard work and God given gifts & talents that you can see it and feel it in every corner of this place.

It’s amazing how much love the owners put into their business baby, this workspace, and serving their clients 👏 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ by @olga_sofo

Such a blessing to come together with other powerful business ladies of our area! Every meeting at @babesboozebusiness is filled with excellent advise & priceless connections!

📍Anyone looking for a professional space for work or events, check out @workspacecollectivedaytona - very nice ambience with beautiful decor 🤍 by @olga_sofo

The more entrepreneurs I meet the more clear it becomes that we need each other! Business life isn’t easy, it’s very uncertain and super emotional.

So I’m particularly grateful for the opportunities to connect with others like me who are crazy enough to think that they can go against the current and still win 🤩🏆

Cheers to “the crazy ones” and special thanks to the hosts for today’s meeting 🥰 @toritravelsalot @coastalcollective.sta & @spinsterabbotts by @olga_sofo

Another great networking party with like-minded 👑 women of Palm Coast.

Thanks to D’Marias Bakery & Deli for the hospitality and atmosphere! Welcome to the neighborhood 🥰

I’m grateful for new connections and already making some follow up plans.

Coffee meetings, sunrise walks, video chats and even gym dates with other ladies in business 🏆

Oh an of course sending a new proposal to one of the beautiful souls that I met through the network 💓

Btw tomorrow I’m hosting a free training on Networking for Dollars 💵 and how to turn small talks into big opportunities!
