Out sourcing with my mom today, and let’s just say… the SUV is officially FULL. 😂🤎

We braved the GA heat for these finds—and we were absolutely MELTING by the time I snapped these photos. 🥵 ( sorry for bad pics)

But a good sourcing day is always worth it!
Now I want to know… which piece would YOU have grabbed first? 👀

We found 3 gorgeous chairs ♡♡♡ swoon..
Also found this 1900's French religious prayer book for my sisters shop @pagesandpetals.bookstore

Found a single brass candlestick at a estate sale, but there was a catch: if I wanted the match, I’d have to dig for it.

Naturally, I took that personally.
A dozen dusty boxes and way too many squats later, the pair was finally reunited.

Now they’re living their best life in a newly renovated breakfast nook—draped in a few vintage crystals for extra ✨sparkle✨. Soon to be mounted once her wallpaper goes up.

Proof that the best treasures aren't just found; they're earned. 🕯️✨

Unboxing a Piece of History 🎨📜

I recently won an incredible WWII soldier’s estate bundle via auction, and tucked inside his personal belongings was this original 1939 hand-drawn technical illustration.

Before heading off to serve, this serviceman was clearly a skilled draftsman, after war he became an architect. The piece features a 1920/30's inline L-head car engine and transmission, rendered in precise pen-and-ink cross-hatching—complete with his initials ("B. McL."), the year '39, and a pencil lot number.

Holding a piece of everyday art created on the eve of the second World War by someone who stepped away from their craft to serve is a special kind of history.

My family has a long line of mechanics, veterans & artists. So we will be framing and hanging in our own mechanic shop to admire. ♡

What's your favorite hidden gem you’ve ever found inside an estate haul? Let me know below! 👇

Nautical esthetics always have my heart ♡
DM me if anything catches your eye.

Missing my little girl Kyia something bad!
She passed suddenly and I've barely gotten through. She was almost 4.
Suggestions for keeping her memory alive & honoring her is welcome ♡ Seeing her curious of my antiques rips my heart out and yet warms my heart.
It was or fav hobby, besides cuddling up with a good book.
