A few from the city…. by @oll2wils

I didn’t achieve this by waiting to feel motivated.

I signed up for a photoshoot and set myself the goal of going into my 30s the fittest and healthiest I’d ever been.

What followed was months of structure, discipline and repeatedly showing up—even after long shifts and on the days when I didn’t feel like it.

The five things that made the biggest difference:

A clear goal.
The right coach.
Consistency.
Making it a priority.
Refusing to quit.

Having the right support gave me structure, kept me accountable and made me believe I could achieve the physique I’d always wanted.

The transformation didn’t come from one perfect week. It came from making the right choices over and over again until they became part of who I was.

Set the goal, commit to the process and don’t give up on yourself. You’re capable of far more than you think.

Swipe through to see the five factors that kept me going ➡️

Huge thank you to @morgs_calibre for the guidance, accountability and belief throughout the process 🤝
It’s grow time baby🦍

Food’s up. Cardio’s down. Strength’s climbing.

You don’t need the whole plan figured out. Just something worth getting up and working towards.

A stronger body. A new skill. More options for your future.

That’s why I train. That’s why I started learning to trade. Progress gives the effort a purpose.

Food’s increased slightly and strength is starting to climb. Looking forward to seeing what I can achieve over the next 9 weeks. Trusting the process and my coach 💪🏼 by @oll2wils

Getting in shape changes a lot more than just your physique…

It creates a ripple effect that reaches every area of your life

@oll2wils journey is a perfect example of this

As he’s taken control of his health, built better habits and become more disciplined, the impact goes far beyond what he sees in the mirror

He’s showing up better for himself✅
Showing up better for his partner✅
Showing up better for his children✅

Because when you start keeping promises to yourself, your confidence grows, your standards change, and the decisions you make start to reflect the person you want to become

You have more energy, more self belief, more control over your choices

And that version of you doesn’t just benefit you. It benefits everyone around you

The gym might be where the change starts, but it’s never where the benefits end

Sometimes, getting in shape is the catalyst for changing your entire life🙌

Stop waiting for the right time. Start showing up for yourself, and watch how everything else begins to change 📈

Proud of the work Ollie is putting in. This is what it’s really about🤝 by @oll2wils
