First things first,
Massive thank you to the @altrarunningau crew for the opportunity to represent them in an epic event like @harryskingofthehill ⛰️

The best part about opportunities like this, I find, is the chance to be rubbing shoulders with some of the greats, learning and talking to athletes you look up to, and just enjoying being in the arena with them.

The altra tent was full of talent with @the_intuitive_runner2 @t.bones_ @mickmarshall_ & @easymoneyfloatengoat
Seeing how these boys go about their business with such class and relentlessness was inspiring to witness.

Thoroughly enjoyed the journey and will be back for some more sexy pace zone 2 business soon 🕺🏽🤘🏽

After 16 long hours of climbing, my race came to an end.
16 hours
67.2km
4800m elevation.

@harryskingofthehill is no joke and I can say staying in it wasn’t easy, but I had fun and I enjoyed the challenge and most importantly, learnt a little bit more about myself than I knew yesterday.

Huge thanks to the @altrarunningau and @tarrantnick_ for the opportunity to run as part of the Altra team, they did the most for me across the weekend and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Appreciate all the support and friends who made the effort to come and support, as well as messages along the way. It means more thank you’ll know 🫶🏽

Not many understand exactly what it is about this sport I love but I appreciate the undividing support 😆🤍

THE STATS SO FAR
10 laps completed
42km of running
3000m worth of climbing

The afternoon has been a push.. but the night is upon us and this is where the fun begins!!

The support crew is growing which has given me the extra push I needed!

Not to mention a few cans of RedBull 🪽

Carrying the momentum through to the next few.

THE STATS SO FAR
6 laps completed
25.2km
1800m worth of climbing

The weather has been temperamental to say the least. So far we have had torrential rain, thunder & lighting, sunburn worthy sunshine and a whoooole lot of slipping and sliding down that hill.
Current vibes are: HIGH
