Vol. 1.2 /The Whole/ What we’ve been building in fragments is finally becoming whole. The wait is almost over. Ōmakē, opening very soon. by @omake.sc
Chapter 2.0 “omake” translates to extra. But not excess something considered and intentional. A detail you didn’t expect, but one that changes the entire experience. That philosophy lives in our brand and in everything we create. / Ōmakē is the extra you feel. / The Ōmakē emblem isn’t separate from the name: ō marks the origin. The double forms create rhythm—like repetition, like ritual. And ē carries it forward, beyond the moment. It’s a structure that mirrors our philosophy: coffee as a process, not just a result. A sequence of intention, leading into presence. by @omake.sc
Vol. 1.1 Multi-sensory integration not a concept, but a way of perceiving. What we experience is never singular. Before a taste is understood, it is already influenced by light, by form, by the quiet anticipation created through what we see. Aroma arrives next, shaping expectation before the first sip even touches the palate. Texture follows, grounding the moment, the weight of the glass, the temperature, the way it meets the hand. And only then does taste reveal itself. Not in isolation, but as a culmination. Each sense does not act alone. They move together, informing one another, dissolving into a single, continuous experience where perception is no longer divided, but whole. This is where experience becomes memory. Where something as simple as a drink transforms into a feeling— something recognized, yet difficult to define. At Ōmakē, every element is considered within this dialogue. Not to overwhelm, but to align so that what you see, what you smell, what you touch, and what you taste exist not as separate moments, but as one. Ōmakē. by @omake.sc
What began as a concept has taken form, depth, and gravity growing into something far greater than imagined very soon x Studio City, CA by @omake.sc
You’re about to understand why it was worth the wait. - Ōmakē. by @omake.sc
back to slowness • even when it felt easier not to. ōmakē. was built from materials we touched, tones we argued over and details we obsessed about. our intention was to have a quiet dialogue between space, time, and ritual. by @omake.sc
February 2025. The first time we stepped into this space, we didn’t just see a space. we felt history. discipline. for 45 years this address was an atelier — a studio of dedication and refinement, where hands worked daily and where people returned because they believed in the craft. That kind of devotion is rare. I knew then: whatever I build here has to respect that. To carry forward the discipline of doing one thing exceptionally well and serving a community that believes in quality over noise. by @omake.sc
