This wasn’t a Sunday stroll.
It was sensory training.

From mandai aromas to guided coffee tasting —
we built sensory memory, one aroma at a time. ☕🍓🍒🍊🍏

At it all ended with cupping coffees and speaking a common language to describe what we had experienced. That says it all!

{Aeka’s, Aeka’s Coffee, NoNonsenseCoffee, Coffee Sensory} by @omamiebrew

Join us for a Coffee Sensory Experience where we walk through Mandai to pick fruits, explore aromas and play with Coffee Taster’s Flavour Wheel, and then bring it all to life through guided cupping and tasting.

Build your organoleptic memory. Learn to recognise, recall, and describe flavours in coffee with clarity and confidence.
